My input: Watch this. The internet will be the means by which the world banking system (one of the seven heads of the beast) will unite. Now, with theoretically limitless data transfers via fiber-optic cable, sending and receiving information can happen in an eye-blink.
The "mark" will be attached to one's global identity. Without an identity one will not be able to buy or se...you know the rest.

quote: States Track Sex Offenders by GPS
At least four states -- Florida, Missouri, Ohio and Oklahoma -- passed laws this year requiring lifetime electronic monitoring for some sex offenders, even if their sentences would normally have expired. Similar bills have been proposed in Congress and other states, including North Dakota and Alabama, where lawmakers this week approved legislation and sent it to the governor.
I've always said the mark will be appealing...people will want it. The criminals will be the guinea pigs for the global experiment. Later, the tracking system will appeal to one's sense of general security and well-being. Most will take it when the demand is made.
