I remember taking a religious tour/retreat in Switzerlnd. This Bus driver Herr Stefan Randin conducted the tour. He stopped at this building guarded by vatican monks. He took us in this place and showed us this large computer and said the delegates and states of Europe called it Le Beste. Funny in the Latin script within this building read "destine to rule as one with her majesty Regina Vabielogne". It is supposed to be a world wide identification system for those who pay homage to Rome. The city in which it is found is called Geneva, Switzland. To this very day, my faith was made stronger because of it. An aethist was giving the tour. He made it quite clear not to try to convert him. He said there is no God.What was so funny about the whole thing that it was run by the Jesuits (Isuites). AND they were armed. Before we could enter this place our right wrist was stamped "enter" sign, with a pyramide strattling both ends of the word. This army chaplain Col Billy Schmidt said, he believed that one day the UN would relocate there from the USA. It was 1980. I took what ever pictures I could sneak away, the only picture that was left in my album when I returned back to the USA was three pictures. ONE with the Chaplain near the building and distant picture of the building that would take a magnifine glass to see it. All my other 25 pictures were removed out of the book.

These are some interesting things that I note in regard to the mark and the beast:
1. The 2nd beast looks like a lamb with two horns and speaks like the Dragon.
Revelation 13:11 ¶ And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
It is interesting because there has been a previous two horned male sheep in history - the medo-persian empire, whom God used to bring judgement against Babylon.
2. This second beast gets the people to make an image to the beast - to make an idol or likeness honoring the first beast - but it is the people that have been deceived that make the image.
Revelation 13;14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
3. The second beast has power to give LIFE to the image that the people made and because the image lives it speaks and causes those who will not worship it to be killed.
Revelation 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
4. The 2nd beast causes ALL rich and poor free and bond to receive - A MARK.
Revelation 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
5. The mark is a mark of his name:
Revelation 14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
6. There are three ways to buy and sell:having the mark; having the name of the beast (first beast); having the number of the beast's (1st beast's)name
Revelation 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
It seems to me that the image belongs to the beast and was created TO him; it is not a image of the beast.
It seems to me that one can be in trouble for
worshiping
1. The beast itself
2. The image created to him by the people
and for receiving the mark of his name:
Revelation 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
I seems that there are 3 distinct ways of worshiping that which is not God....

Revelation 15:2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
Revelation 16:2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.
Revelation 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Three distinct things that are true of those who are condemned:
Worhip of the beast
Worship of the image belonging to the beast
Receiving the mark of his name or the number of his name.

I sincerely hope we are Raptured out of here before all this happens! But even so, we should be concerned for those who won't be and part of that (I would think) would be to uncover as much as possible on the ways in which these things may be implemented... If they can read this stuff, then perhaps it will help them to SEE what's going on after we're Raptured and then they can become the Tribulation Saints! Also, we're still here right now and there are people reading this board who are not truly saved yet... this type of info (presented along with Biblical Prophecy) 'could' help water that seed. So I think it's very important to share this stuff!
Since I'm one of those who can't pin myself down to a Rapture timing... I also want to know what's going on to bring about certain things, just in case I am here when it all comes down. I want to know what to look out for!

A Question about the Mark

We received the following question: "When the false prophet attempts to brand every living person with his mark, how will he do that? The logistics are staggering! In the third world countries - especially with the incredibly high birth rate that must be around 600,000 a year and with little to no documentation on these births - it seems impossible. The production of 6 billion devices to implant in every human seems net to impossible. Implanting or tattooing something on 6 billion people seems impossible also. Doesn't the mark have to be a spiritual…a confession…a cultural thing?"
REPLY: The Scriptures in question can be found in Rev. 13:16-17. Quoting we read, "And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark on their right hand, or on their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."
First it should be pointed out that it is not the "mark of the false prophet," even though he does initiate it through the living image as can be seen by reading verse 15-16, but rather it is the "mark of the beast " called Anti-Christ.
The false prophet's mission is to direct worship to the Anti-Christ, not himself. Also he derives all his authority from the beastly Anti-Christ. This can be verified by reading verse 3,4,8,12 & 14-17 in Rev. 13.
The conclusive proof text can be found in Rev. 19:20 where the "mark" of the beastly Anti-Christ and his "image" are described as separate from the false prophet. The "mark" is clearly associated with the first beast of Rev. 13 in Rev. 19:20.
Concerning the "mark" itself; for it to only be symbolic, instead of a literal mark, would be superfluous to the text. The mark must be visible in order for it to accomplish its intended purpose of identifying and controlling the purchasing and selling of the world's populace.
This is proven by the Greek word "charagma" used throughout Revelation in reference to this "mark." The word literally means an "engraving or etching." A tongue-in-cheek "Heil Anti-Christ" will accomplish very little towards fulfilling the goal of Satan, the Beast and the False Prophet for obtaining tangible global control.
Lastly, in regard to how it will be accomplished, we must admit we have been reluctant to endorse the new implants as the "mark," but have shared and followed the developments in this area because it shows the prophesied course of marking and tracking individuals in these last days.
We have not discounted its usage in the future world of the Anti-Christ under special circumstances. Our reservation about the implant fulfilling the global role of the "mark" arises in 4 areas: time, cost, aversion and language.
First as pointed out in the question, the logistics of preparing billions of syringes with implants and then injecting the world'' population would seem to detract greatly from the little time the Anti-Christ will have to pursue this venture during the final 3 ½ years of the tribulation.
We must also consider all of the apocalyptic distractions he will be dealing with.
Secondly, it was reported in the 1988 "American Medical News" that the total cost of an implant under the skin for just one individual was several hundred dollars. Even though we can assume the cost has been reduced, we can still foresee an astronomical expenditure for such an undertaking.
Thirdly is the tremendous aversion many people have for hypodermic needles although we are sure that having one's head cut off will serve as a powerful inducement for people to overcome this phobia (Rev. 20:4).
Then lastly, the literal Greek word for "where" the "mark" is to be placed is the word "epi," which is our word "upon." The implants are designed to be implanted under the skin while the "mark" is supposed t go "upon" the right hand or "upon" the forehead. An implant just under the skin in the forehead against the bone would seem vastly unacceptable and a cumbersome undertaking.
So how then might this mark be administered?
It should be noted that a quarter of the earth'' approx. 6 billion people will be killed before the "mark" is instituted according to Rev. 6:8. This fact, along with the removal of the Christians at the Rapture, will produce a significant reduction in the global population. The total population will continue to be dramatically eradicated after the Anti-Christ begins his marking campaign. (See Rapture Watch Message "Hell on Earth"). The remaining population can be efficiently and swiftly marked upon the skin with laser tattoos in an extremely economical manner.
An ideal permanent identification mark has already been developed. Keep in mind that this information we are about to share concerns technology developed and put in use over 25 years ago.
The following is quoted from an interview from "God's Latter Rain" in May of 1976 with the developer of permanent freeze and laser beam marking. His name is Keith Farrell. He was engaged by the United States Department of Agriculture to teach and study at Washington Stoats University in Pullman, Washington. He was a researcher and lecturer on Physiology - Pharmacology at the college of Veterinary Medicine and his dream was for "Universal Animal Identification." The article titled the 'Mark' is Ready, opens with these statements: "Can you imagine 6,000 dairy cattle being marked each week with computer compatible symbols that can be detected by an electronic scanner and fed into a computer…Can you fashion in mind a completely unalterable mark that would be capable of individually identifying every animal in the world with the idea that these marks should be a permanent part of the animals…Can you visualize the capability of ruby red laser marking, at machine gun speeds, every fish from every hatchery throughout the world, with a different mark for each hatchery, ;and thereby revolutionize the fishing industry? Technology is presently available to achieve this." Dr. Farrell sated, "If we could individualize the animal, we could easily have one overall computer program…This would then make the identification of a particular animal available within seven seconds to any law enforcement officer in any of the United States and Canada as well…I am assured techniques could be forthcoming to establish programs of individual identification of people."
Not only does this satisfy the language of Rev. 13:16 that requires that the "mark" be upon the skin, but also another interesting point of the Greek language. The words "to receive a mark" in verse 16, according to Greek Scholar A.T. Robertson literally means "that they give themselves a mark."
It could realistically be understood in our day of Automatic Teller machines and laser technology how little supervised laser tattoo terminals could be globally distributed and made available 24 hours a day.
For those who think the United States is immune from such draconian ventures, we share the following: Back in the July 24, 1998 issue of The Pastor's Weekly Briefing" it was reported in an article titled, "CLINTON ORDER AND NATIONAL ID RAISE CONCERNS" - " A Clinton executive order and two proposed national ID cards have created growing concern among many Americans, although most do not even know they exist. On May 14, President Clinton signed a new executive order (EO#13083)…analysts say the new order "effectively revokes the 10th Amendment and arrogates to the President broad new powers tantamount to those of a totalitarian dictatorship."…The order gives the federal government authority to force almost anything deemed "necessary" and effectively prevents Congress from interceding…Analysts are reporting the EO#13083 will also be used to implement the creation of a national ID card."
Jesus Christ could come for His Church at any time. If you have not put your faith in Him for the forgiveness of your sins you will be left behind. The blood of Jesus Christ was shed on the cross so that all who believe in Him will receive eternal life. Don't delay. These are the last days and the Church will be leaving for Heaven very soon.

His Grace, I agree with you. The only thing the Church needs to worry about is staying ready for the rapture and working until the trumpet blows. The Church will have no part of the triublation nor the mark of the beast.

I have carefully followed the teachings of a eschatologist who has studied end-time events for many years and to me his views line up with the scriptures.
He says that the church will be raptured out before the tribulation because the tribulation is all about the fulfillment of the prophesies for Israel. Therefore, the church wouldn't fit into the purpose of this plan.
Many may say that they could recruit new converts, but there will be 144,000 groomed from the 12 tribes of Israel to gather in new converts.

Technology may be in place for the anti-christ to enforce the mark of the beast, but, as I have said before, I maintain that he will have his own powerful authoritve way of making it his own personal power tool.
At this point we have no idea how he will do it, but we can be sure of one thing, there will be no room for hypocracy when it happens; either you are a Christian or you aren't. Those who don't take it will have to suffer greatly.

I plan not to be here. The Rapture cometh.

so maybe the mark is spelled marc? the name beast and spelled out that way is freakin scary!
i mean, even if not applied in revelations, to have it named that is.
i've heard of bar codes containing the three sixes, do microchips also? i think they might like how the screen looks from the matrix. someone was telling me about barcodes etc but now its microchips, and the company being marc etc, wow! Cahces are we won't have a chioce though, what if we are literally forced to and held down and literaly cannot resist?
i've heard if you dont get it done you beome homeless/a beggar or in prison.

Microchip Implants, Mind Control, and Cybernetics

In 1948 Norbert Weiner published a book, Cybernetics, defined as a neurological communication and control theory already in use in small circles at that time. Yoneji Masuda, "Father of the Information Society," stated his concern in 1980 that our liberty is threatened Orwellian-style by cybernetic technology totally unknown to most people. This technology links the brains of people via implanted microchips to satellites controlled by ground-based supercomputers.
The first brain implants were surgically inserted in 1974 in the state of Ohio, USA and also in Stockholm, Sweden. Brain electrodes were inserted into the skulls of babies in 1946 without the knowledge of their parents. In the 1950s and 60s, electrical implants were inserted into the brains of animals and humans, especially in the U.S., during research into behavior modification, and brain and body functioning. Mind control (MC) methods were used in attempts to change human behavior and attitudes. Influencing brain functions became an important goal of military and intelligence services.
Thirty years ago brain implants showed up in X-rays the size of one centimeter. Subsequent implants shrunk to the size of a grain of rice. They were made of silicon, later still of gallium arsenide. Today they are small enough to be inserted into the neck or back, and also intravenously in different parts of the body during surgical operations, with or without the consent of the subject. It is now almost impossible to detect or remove them.
It is technically possible for every newborn to be injected with a microchip, which could then function to identify the person for the rest of his or her life. Such plans are secretly being discussed in the U.S. without any public airing of the privacy issues involved. In Sweden, Prime Minister Olof Palme gave permission in 1973 to implant prisoners, and Data Inspection's ex-Director General Jan Freese revealed that nursing-home patients were implanted in the mid-1980s. The technology is revealed in the 1972:47 Swedish state report, Statens Officiella Utradninger (SOU).
Implanted human beings can be followed anywhere. Their brain functions can be remotely monitored by supercomputers and even altered through the changing of frequencies. Guinea pigs in secret experiments have included prisoners, soldiers, mental patients, handicapped children, deaf and blind people, homosexuals, single women, the elderly, school children, and any group of people considered "marginal" by the elite experimenters. The published experiences of prisoners in Utah State Prison, for example, are shocking to the conscience.
Today's microchips operate by means of low-frequency radio waves that target them. With the help of satellites, the implanted person can be tracked anywhere on the globe. Such a technique was among a number tested in the Iraq war, according to Dr. Carl Sanders, who invented the intelligence-manned interface (IMI) biotic, which is injected into people. (Earlier during the Vietnam War, soldiers were injected with the Rambo chip, designed to increase adrenaline flow into the bloodstream.) The 20-billion-bit/second supercomputers at the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) could now "see and hear" what soldiers experience in the battlefield with a remote monitoring system (RMS).
When a 5-micromillimeter microchip (the diameter of a strand of hair is 50 micromillimeters) is placed into optical nerve of the eye, it draws neuroimpulses from the brain that embody the experiences, smells, sights, and voice of the implanted person. Once transferred and stored in a computer, these neuroimpulses can be projected back to the person’s brain via the microchip to be reexperienced. Using a RMS, a land-based computer operator can send electromagnetic messages (encoded as signals) to the nervous system, affecting the target's performance. With RMS, healthy persons can be induced to see hallucinations and to hear voices in their heads.
Every thought, reaction, hearing, and visual observation causes a certain neurological potential, spikes, and patterns in the brain and its electromagnetic fields, which can now be decoded into thoughts, pictures, and voices. Electromagnetic stimulation can therefore change a person's brainwaves and affect muscular activity, causing painful muscular cramps experienced as torture.
The NSA's electronic surveillance system can simultaneously follow and handle millions of people. Each of us has a unique bioelectrical resonance frequency in the brain, just as we have unique fingerprints. With electromagnetic frequency (EMF) brain stimulation fully coded, pulsating electromagnetic signals can be sent to the brain, causing the desired voice and visual effects to be experienced by the target. This is a form of electronic warfare. U.S. astronauts were implanted before they were sent into space so their thoughts could be followed and all their emotions could be registered 24 hours a day.
The Washington Post reported in May 1995 that Prince William of Great Britain was implanted at the age of 12. Thus, if he were ever kidnapped, a radio wave with a specific frequency could be targeted to his microchip. The chip’s signal would be routed through a satellite to the computer screen of police headquarters, where the Prince’s movements could be followed. He could actually be located anywhere on the globe.
The mass media has not reported that an implanted person's privacy vanishes for the rest of his or her life. She can be manipulated in many ways. Using different frequencies, the secret controller of this equipment can even change a person's emotional life. She can be made aggressive or lethargic. Sexuality can be artificially influenced. Thought signals and subconscious thinking can be read, dreams affected and even induced, all without the knowledge or consent of the implanted person.
A perfect cyber-soldier can thus be created. This secret technology has been used by military forces in certain NATO countries since the 1980s without civilian and academic populations having heard anything about it. Thus, little information about such invasive mind-control systems is available in professional and academic journals.
The NSA's Signals Intelligence group can remotely monitor information from human brains by decoding the evoked potentials (3.50 HZ, 5 milliwatt) emitted by the brain. Prisoner experimentees in both Gothenburg, Sweden and Vienna, Austria have been found to have evident brain lesions. Diminished blood circulation and lack of oxygen in the right temporal frontal lobes result where brain implants are usually operative. A Finnish experimentee experienced brain atrophy and intermittent attacks of unconsciousness due to lack of oxygen.
Mind control techniques can be used for political purposes. The goal of mind controllers today is to induce the targeted persons or groups to act against his or her own convictions and best interests. Zombified individuals can even be programmed to murder and remember nothing of their crime afterward. Alarming examples of this phenomenon can be found in the U.S.
This “silent war” is being conducted against unknowing civilians and soldiers by military and intelligence agencies. Since 1980, electronic stimulation of the brain (ESB) has been secretly used to control people targeted without their knowledge or consent. All international human rights agreements forbid non consensual manipulation of human beings — even in prisons, not to speak of civilian populations.
Under an initiative of U.S. Senator John Glenn, discussions commenced in January 1997 about the dangers of radiating civilian populations. Targeting people’s brain functions with electromagnetic fields and beams (from helicopters and airplanes, satellites, from parked vans, neighboring houses, telephone poles, electrical appliances, mobile phones, TV, radio, etc.) is part of the radiation problem that should be addressed in democratically elected government bodies.
In addition to electronic MC, chemical methods have also been developed. Mind-altering drugs and different smelling gasses affecting brain function negatively can be injected into air ducts or water pipes. Bacteria and viruses have also been tested this way in several countries.
Today's super technology, connecting our brain functions via microchips (or even without them, according to the latest technology) to computers via satellites in the U.S. or Israel, poses the gravest threat to humanity. The latest supercomputers are powerful enough to monitor the whole world’s population. What will happen when people are tempted by false premises to allow microchips into their bodies? One lure will be a microchip identity card. Compulsory legislation has even been secretly proposed in the U.S. to criminalize removal of an ID implant.
Are we ready for the robotization of mankind and the total elimination of privacy, including freedom of thought? How many of us would want to cede our entire life, including our most secret thoughts, to Big Brother? Yet the technology exists to create a totalitarian New World Order. Covert neurological communication systems are in place to counteract independent thinking and to control social and political activity on behalf of self-serving private and military interests.
When our brain functions are already connected to supercomputers by means of radio implants and microchips, it will be too late for protest. This threat can be defeated only by educating the public, using available literature on biotelemetry and information exchanged at international congresses.
One reason this technology has remained a state secret is the widespread prestige of the psychiatric Diagnostic Statistical Manual IV produced by the U.S. American Psychiatric Association (APA) and printed in 18 languages. Psychiatrists working for U.S. intelligence agencies no doubt participated in writing and revising this manual. This psychiatric "bible" covers up the secret development of MC technologies by labeling some of their effects as symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia.
Victims of mind control experimentation are thus routinely diagnosed, knee-jerk fashion, as mentally ill by doctors who learned the DSM “symptom” list in medical school. Physicians have not been schooled that patients may be telling the truth when they report being targeted against their will or being used as guinea pigs for electronic, chemical and bacteriological forms of psychological warfare.
Time is running out for changing the direction of military medicine, and ensuring the future of human freedom.

The US Government has a computer named BEAST (Battle Engagement Area Simulation and Tracking), developed out of Area 51.
It uplinks to a satellite using GPS (Global Positioning Systems). It is powered by a Film Lithium Diode in a computer chip called MARC (Multiple Automated readout Chip), which is best placed in the hand or forehead because of lowest body temperature.
It’s interesting (but not surprising, seeing that all non-Christians are animated/inbreathed by Lucifer/Satan) how the government intentionally uses biblical descriptions to show their defiance to God openly.
