Last year on Christmas there was a huge earthquake in Iran. It was the biggest natural disaster up until the tsunmi.
God bless you all greg

Thank you Bro Drew
There Was Another Big Quake yesterday (Saturday)
http://earthquake.usgs.gov/recenteqsww/Maps/10/95_0.html (Map of region of quake)
Magnitude 6.3 NORTHERN SUMATRA, INDONESIA Sunday, April 03, 2005 at 03:10:56 UTC
From looking at the above map, this looks to be right in line with Lake Toba in Sumatra

Yes, I've been following this for a couple of years now. Ever since I first learned about "Super Volcano's" The thought of that going off just chills me to the bone!

*Gabriel takes a firm grip on the coller of the rambunctious younger Brother with the skinned knee and the dented crown..
To have two earthquakes of 8+ magnitude in such a short time is unusual. I did not know about the Yellowstone.
quote: Prof Cas said Toba's last eruption 73,000 years ago was so massive it altered the world's climate. "The eruption released 1,000 cubic kilometres of ash and rock debris into the atmosphere, much of it as fine ash, which blocked out solar radiation, kicking the world back into an ice age," he said.
Rev. 6: 12: And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; 13: And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. 14: And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. 15: And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16: And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
The new pope will be elected in the next month or so.

Interesting. I wouldn't be surprised to see more natural disasters soon. I've had a feeling of a balance shift over the last couple days. It's hard to explain but it feels like we've turned a corner or something. Will be an interesting few months coming up.
God bless.

Hehe, I have a mischevious side to me. I'll be so excited the first few days I get there, I can see God now...
"Put that..."
"Hey! Stop..."
"Eric, get out of there!"
"No, I told you, that's Paul's private room!"
"No Eric, dinner is still at 6:30."
"Can someone get him out of here, I have work to do."
"Go bother Jesus or something..."
"Don't you have anything better to do?"
"What was I thinking..."
"Didn't you learn ANYTHING down there?!"
"Don't touch that!"
"Security!"

What's this about a show on April 10th? I'm assuming it's about Super-Volcano's?
We certainly Do live in Interesting Times!!!
Maranatha!!!
Shopping...pffft. How...fleshy. LOL, just kidding sis. That sounds like a lot of fun. I'm a kid at heart and love fun stuff like that. You know I have to admit something. If I had gobs of cash like Bill Gates, I think I would design a bumper car setup in my backyard. Hehe, that would be a blast.
Here's a link for ya.
Supervolcano
P.S. Just kidding about the back yard thing. You think they have bumper cars in heaven? I'd like to get Adam and Eve in there for a few rounds.

Welcome back sis, I hope you had a good trip. We missed you around here.
Talk about volcanos has certainly gone up recently stemming up to the TV show on the Discovery channel April 10th. It's obvious that scientists are getting a tad bit worried about the planet.
You're right about the disasters, I see it as no consequence. And remember, there was an earthquake in Iran the day after Christmas 2003. That quake killed over 30,000. Can you say birth pangs?!?!
I feel things speeding up. Makes you wonder how many birth pangs we have left.
Maranatha!

I'm finding it very interesting that two of the worlds latest and devastating diasters have occured right after Christmas and Easter (respectively)... It should be interesting to see what 'timing' the next major diaster has...
Here's something I found on Brother Ripp's site www.rapturenews.com

'Super volcano' can dwarf earlier eruptions
Expert's warning about Lake Toba in Sumatra
Weekend • April 2, 2005
SYDNEY — As Indonesia struggled to recover from the second deadly earthquake to strike it in three months, an Australian expert warned yesterday that the country faced the prospect of a "super volcano" eruption that would dwarf all previous catastrophes.
Professor Ray Cas of Monash University's School of Geosciences said the world's biggest super volcano was Lake Toba, on Sumatra island, site of both the recent massive earthquakes.
Prof Cas told Australian media yesterday that Toba sits on a faultline running down the middle of Sumatra — just where some seismologists say a third earthquake might strike, following the 9.0 magnitude quake on Dec 26 and Tuesday's 8.7 temblor. Those quakes occurred along faultlines just off Sumatra's west coast and created seismological stresses that could hasten an eruption.
Prof Cas said Toba's last eruption 73,000 years ago was so massive it altered the world's climate. "The eruption released 1,000 cubic kilometres of ash and rock debris into the atmosphere, much of it as fine ash, which blocked out solar radiation, kicking the world back into an ice age," he said.
The scientist said super volcanoes represented the greatest potential hazard on earth, "the only greater threat being an asteroid impact from space".
"A super volcano will definitely erupt," he said. "It could be in a few, 50 or another 1,000 years, but sooner or later one is going to go off."
Other super volcanoes are found in Italy, South America, the United States and New Zealand — where Mount Taupo could be ready to erupt. "It has a big eruption every 2,000 years and it last erupted about 2,000 years ago," Prof Cas said.
The potential death toll from a super volcano eruption "could reach the hundreds of thousands to millions and there are serious implications on climate, weather and viability of food production," Prof Cas said.
"The big problem is a lot of the volcanoes that potentially could erupt are perhaps not monitored to the degree they should be and, of course we learnt that lesson from the Boxing Day tsunami disaster," he said. – AFP
