I may fail in many ways and I have done so. But the Holy Spirit is now holding me. I am not holding Him. He is the one keeping the contract between me and God. Not me.

If I am not the one keeping the contract, there is nothing I can do to break it.
It is written that " all my sins are forgiven" when I go to Jesus for His saving grace. So what sin is left that I can commit that can separate me from God? NONE.

And since all my sins are expunged, and the Holy Spirit is holding the contract between me and God.. Can I force my will against the Holy Spirit of promise and demand of God that He break His promise to me and let me go?

God forbid!

It is written: " therefore come boldly before the throne of God in time of need".

yes, when we sin, we grieve the Spirit, He grieves because He loves us and desires that we not sin. Yet in His great Love and promise to us, He holds us secure and convicts us of our sin and draws us back into a right standing.

We can be secure in knowing that in our weakness, He is strong!

Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

The Holy Spirit SEAL on a believer, whose faith is in the Shed Blood of Christ, has nothing to do with a earnest agreement....For Faith is the 1st Gift of God.

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

You or I are in no position to make a blood covenant/contract with God, only Christ is.
