Sodom took pride in their sins and no matter what the sins are if we have pride for them it is impossible to turn from them until this pride is gone.

You may think you know the sin of Sodom. God hates sexual perversion—yes. But pride is a sin He hates even more. God destroyed Sodom. Its smoking ruins, devastation, and judgment tell us how God feels about Sodom. What happened to them should be an example to us.
