I may be mistaken, but it was my understanding that the Feast of Lights (Hannukah) or the Feast of Dedication occurred during the days of the Maccabees in the 3rd?? century B.C., when Greek Syrian King (name escapes me right now??) put a swine on the altar of the temple at Jerusalem.
And when the Maccabees regained Jerusalem for a time, they CLEANSED AND REDEDICATED the temple at Jerusalem, called the Feast of Dedication, in memory of which are lit the lights, or the Feast of Lights.
By which I mean to say, barrykind that the Feast of Dedication, which your post said occurred on day 25 of the eleventh month of the calendar given by the Lord to Moses, did not occur in the days of Moses, but occurred in about the 3rd century B.C. under the Maccabees?

Thank You very much! (תודה רבה!) I realy did appreciate this information. I do celebrate Channukah with my family. And Jesus is the Light celebrated (אלוהים הוא האור ו מפורסם.)May you have a glorious time celebrating Jesus coming into the world as the Chanukah Light!(מאי יש לך זמן נהדר לחגוג ישוע בא לעולם כמו חנוכה אור!)

So am I Sis, but the world will have to move into a position for a one world government for the AC to arise to power.
The shift in power and the dramatic events which could lead to this could test the faith of so many. The AC has to come to power to sign the peace treaty, and for him to arise the world powers must suffer major decline/catastropic events.
World Government
A “world government” would involve much more than co-operation between nations. It would be an entity with state-like characteristics, backed by a body of laws. The European Union has already set up a continental government for 27 countries, which could be a model. The EU has a supreme court, a currency, thousands of pages of law, a large civil service and the ability to deploy military force.
So could the European model go global? There are three reasons for thinking that it might.
First, it is increasingly clear that the most difficult issues facing national governments are international in nature: there is global warming, a global financial crisis and a “global war on terror”.
Second, it could be done. The transport and communications revolutions have shrunk the world so that, as Geoffrey Blainey, an eminent Australian historian, has written: “For the first time in human history, world government of some sort is now possible.” Mr Blainey foresees an attempt to form a world government at some point in the next two centuries, which is an unusually long time horizon for the average newspaper column.
But – the third point – a change in the political atmosphere suggests that “global governance” could come much sooner than that. The financial crisis and climate change are pushing national governments towards global solutions, even in countries such as China and the US that are traditionally fierce guardians of national sovereignty.
Barack Obama, America’s president-in-waiting, does not share the Bush administration’s disdain for international agreements and treaties. In his book, The Audacity of Hope, he argued that: “When the world’s sole superpower willingly restrains its power and abides by internationally agreed-upon standards of conduct, it sends a message that these are rules worth following.” The importance that Mr Obama attaches to the UN is shown by the fact that he has appointed Susan Rice, one of his closest aides, as America’s ambassador to the UN, and given her a seat in the cabinet.
A taste of the ideas doing the rounds in Obama circles is offered by a recent report from the Managing Global Insecurity project, whose small US advisory group includes John Podesta, the man heading Mr Obama’s transition team and Strobe Talbott, the president of the Brookings Institution, from which Ms Rice has just emerged.
The MGI report argues for the creation of a UN high commissioner for counter-terrorist activity, a legally binding climate-change agreement negotiated under the auspices of the UN and the creation of a 50,000-strong UN peacekeeping force. Once countries had pledged troops to this reserve army, the UN would have first call upon them.

Very interesting, but I do not believe the tribulation will start until the anti-Christ and Israel sign the 7 year peace agreement. I am a pre-trib rapture believer.

Dear Friends –
The place was at Jerusalem, in the Temple, during the time when the
only begotten Son of God, was manifested IN the flesh. It was at the
time of the FEAST OF DEDICATION, Hanukkah, or the Feast of Lights, in
the winter, on day 25 of the eleventh month of the calendar given by
the Lord to Moses. It was in the WINTER, specifically in the winter
just a few months before THE PASSOVER, when THE Messiah, the Lord
Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, our Passover, would be sacrificed, on
the most important Wednesday of all history, that Wednesday, Nissan
14, 30 AD. That most important Wednesday of all history was when the
Messiah, the Lamb of God, was sacrificed to take away the sin of the
world and destroy the works of the devil.
Risking His life, THE Messiah was in Jerusalem, in the Temple, at the
winter Feast of Dedication, on the twenty-fifth day of the eleventh
month, where He declared the truth and said – I AM the Light of the
World. It is important to note three things about the day 25 of the
eleventh month of the year, before the first month of the year when
THE Messiah would be sacrificed as the Lamb of God, whose blood alone
could bring remission of the sin of the whole world.
First, this was NOT one of the SEVEN Feasts of the Lord which God
gave to Moses to be recorded in the Torah. Second, the Messiah risked
His life to show His approval of this extra feast which should honor
the one who IS The Light of the World. Third, most importantly, on
this side of the cross of Calvary, our bodies are the Temple of the
Holy Spirit. It is therefore important that we seriously consider
REDEDICATION of the temple in this season. For many reasons, as we
see the effect of every vision now at hand, it is especially
important, this Hanukkah of 2008.
Hanukkah is a celebration that honors the Lord Jesus Christ as the
Light of the World. It also honors Him as Emanuel, God with us, in
the flesh, whose Spirit of Truth and Holiness NOW indwells the New
Testament Temple of God.
He is the I AM. Yeshua THE Messiah, the Aleph Tav, both Creator and
Redeemer, is so much better than the angels. As Emmanuel, God with
us, God the Son, He hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent
name than they. For God, the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, NEVER
said to any angel, at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I
begotten Thee. The Father of Yeshua THE Messiah, NEVER said to any
angel, at any time, that He would be to the angels a Father, that He
shall be to Me a Son. In fact, when God the Father brought the FIRST
BEGOTTEN, and ONLY BEGOTTEN, Son into the world, as the Son of Man,
is when the Son of God became a little lower than the angels for the
suffering of death, to atone for the sin of mankind, certainly was
not at Christmas. Emmanuel was born in Bethlehem during the Feast of
Tabernacles, which was the reason there was no room for them in
theInn. Jesus was born in Bethlehem on that 15th day of the 7th
month, when the Calendars were changed from BC to AD. In that
September – October time frame on that Feast of Tabernacles when the
calendars changed from BC to AD, God the Father, Commanded that ALL
the angels of God worship Him, Emmanuel, the Light of the World, the
Lamb of God, Yeshua THE Messiah, God the Son, Tabernacleing with us
in the flesh as the Son of Man. Alleluia Yeshua. Praise the Lord
Jesus.
It was in the winter, when at great personal peril that Yeshua was at
Jerusalem, in the Temple, at the Feast of DEDICATION, or rededication
of the Temple, also known as the Feast of Lights. And Jesus walked in
the Temple in Solomon's Porch. Then came the Jews round about him,
and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be
the Christ, tell us plainly. Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye
believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear
witness of me. But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as
I said unto you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they
follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never
perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father,
which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck
them out of my Father's hand. I AND my Father ARE one. One, Echad,
not Yachid, Echad, (Father, Son, and Ruach Ha Kodesh), the Holy
Spirit, which makes Him Echad with the Father. We too, by that one
same Spirit, should be Echad with the Father AND the Son. Also, by
that one Same Spirit of Holiness, we should be Echad with one
another, by that ONE SAME SPIRIT of Messiah, the Spirit of Truth, The
Spirit of God.
Yes, in light of the truth that we are the Temple of the Holy Spirit,
wisdom would lead to REDEDICATION of the Temple, NOW, in this season.
It would also lead to the cleansing of our dwelling place, and to
keep those things which honor the enemy of our souls, like Christmas
trees, holly, mistletoe, Yule logs, etc, etc, cleaned out of our
homes.
There are traditional Hanukkah prayers. It is hoped you will see
how appropriate they are for BELIEVERS, as we see the Great
Tribulation War, Antichrist War on the Saints, prophesied to happen
in the Last Days. We KNOW the world is in the grip of the most
serious economic crisis in World History. Such things are PLANNED,
and if we have read the KJV Holy Bible every word cover to cover, we
know the End Game.
The end game is total electronic funds transfer, with the elimination
of all currencies, being replaced by a 666 based ID mark IN the right
hand or forehead, without which, no one will be able to buy or sell.
We know the US Constitution has been mocked and shredded under the
Bush-Clinton- Bush syndicate of sudden destruction. Obama's election
is the final nail in that coffin. The only Nation which was founded
for the Glory of God and the advancement of the Christian religion
has elected a Muslim to be president, whose father was NOT an
American citizen. That is not a bigoted statement, but just the
simple truth of the way things are. The fact is that it is impossible
for Obama to be a natural born citizen, all birth certificates real
or forged being irrelevant, because it is common knowledge that his
father was a citizen of Kenya, and UK, and NOT America, regardless of
where Obama may have been born or raised.
The Obama presidential election was PLANNED to once and for all prove
the US Constitution, while it is supposed to be the supreme law of
the land, is meaningless and worthless. Even the fact of the
impossibility of Obama being a natural born citizen, plays right into
this END GAME of causing ALL, both small and great, rich and poor,
free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their
foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the
666 based ID mark IN their right hand or forehead. Still, there is
reason to have great joy even as we recognize the great tribulation
of the Luciferian control freaks long planned economic chaos and that
World War Three is now at hand.
Remember the Bill of Rights. The first 10 Amendments of the US
Constitution are INALIENABLE RIGHTS, given by God, and no government
has authority to grant, annul, suspend, or take away, INALIENABLE
RIGHTS, which are God given. Rom 13:1- Let every soul be subject unto
the higher powers. If you are a real born-again Believer IN the Lord
Jesus Christ, the Light of the World, then you are subject to a
HIGHER power than that of the US or any government. Believers KNOW
the higher power is the Kingdom of Heaven, the Kingdom of the One who
was crucified for the crime of being King of the Jews.
Here are those traditional Hanukkah prayers which date back to before
the time when Jesus Christ IS come in the flesh:
We thank You for the miraculous deeds and for the redemption and for
the mighty deeds and the saving acts wrought by You, as well as for
the wars which You waged for our ancestors in ancient days at this
season. In the days of the iniquitous kingdom when it rose up
against Your people Israel, to make them forget Your Torah and to
turn them away from the ordinances of Your will, then You in Your
abundant mercy rose up for them in the time of their trouble, pled
their cause, executed judgment, avenged their wrong, and delivered
the strong into the hands of the weak, the many into the hands of
few, the impure into the hands of the pure, the wicked into the
hands of the righteous, and insolent ones into the hands of those
occupied with Your Torah. Both unto Yourself did you make a Great
and Holy Name in Thy world, and unto Your people did You achieve a
great deliverance and redemption. Whereupon your children entered the
sanctuary of Your house, cleansed Your temple, purified Your
sanctuary, kindled lights in Your holy courts, and appointed these
eight days of Hanukkah in order to give thanks and praises unto Your
Holy Name.
The traditional prayers when lighting the Hanukkah lights are:
Praised are You, Lord our God, King of the Universe, Who sanctified
us with Your Commandments and commanded us to kindle the Hanukkah
lights.
Praised are You, Lord our God, King of the Universe, Who performed
wondrous deeds for our ancestors, in those days, at this season.
Praised are You, Lord our God, King of the Universe, Who has kept us
in life, sustained us, and enabled us to reach this season.
Lord willing, we will share more of this FEAST of DEDICATION, of
which the Lord placed Himself in harms way to declare I AM the Light
of the World. Hanukkah, this year of 2008, is December 21-29.
Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem. Pray Psalm 83 every day. Only be
very strong and of good courage. Stay IN the Word.
