Hi, Betty Louise, I was just reading about the time period on history during Roman Emperor Maximinus Daia, when in Alexandria, Egypt, there were Christians wearing animals skins awaiting to be sent into the hippodrome to be torn of wild animals, and Christians burned on the stake and Christians put on the rack for a little "stretching of their faith", where do you see ANYTHING like that happening today? Foxe's Book of Martyrs is replete with horrifying martyrdoms. Today is cake walk for Christians by comparison...we are BLESSED, BLESSED, BLESSED...although sometimes persecution takes Christians to new levels of intimacy with God, but that is another story... Generally speaking, Christians need a few history lessons when it comes to the suffering of the church. We have it made in the shade right now.
Matthew 24
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,
39 And they knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Amen. They're planning a wedding, but not with the Lord.

I disagree about this not being a special time.
I understand where you are coming from that the devil has always been on attack, but I am 56 years old and I see sin that is accepted as normal that was not when I was a child. I can remember when I was young, men who robbed stores would use a comb in their pocket to fake a gun that way if they got caught they would be charged with a lesser crime, because they did not have a gun. Now they wave the gun proudly. I remember when bad guys would not kill women and children, now they kill you even when your hand over your money.
I remember when men would not curse in front of women, now they curse you to your face.
Things are changing and I believe the devil is going as fast as he can because he knows his time is short.
Women who used to seem to be a more gentle spirit are now just as bad as immoral men if not worse.
Porn is not longer hidden in a back room but out in the open on shelves where children can see it.
Look at what happened in the Gay Pride Parade last year in California. Naked men walking down the street in front of children and not arrested.
Of course it will be worse after the rapture. Many believe that then they will be having sex on TV shows for real and not just faking it.

Dear friend, this is not a special time. the devil Lucifer and his minions have hated the LORD and His Son Jesus eversince "this happened back there":

2 Thessalonians 2:4
Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
Dear friend, this is not a special time. Most of the people who say this is a special time need a history lesson.
The devil Lucifer and his minions have hated the LORD and His Son Jesus eversince "that happened back there".
There have been sons of Belial since Genesis 6. And the Bible since Jesus has been assailed in every generation. In post-Jesus times, the Romans KILLED hundreds (let's say thousands??) of Christians, where do you see that happening today, dear brother in Christ Eduardo Grequi?

We are living in an age in which the very word of God is being attacked on all sides. Just because some one says the words; spiritual, meditation, holiness, separation etc.. or even the word salvation. YOu have to come to terms what type of spiritualization, meditation, holiness, and what type or defining salvation. Gnostic gospel might be fine in it self for reading however the gnostic gospels have not been accepted into the canon of scripture. I surely do not believe man kind was a product of evolution or even theistic evolution. If you read the bible, you would find that in the bible many prophets and even Jesus has read books known of their day and some of those very books have been lost due to pure prejudices and stupidity. In the last book of the bible which is the book of Revelation and in the last chapter of book of Revelation- those who add to the word of this prophecy- hold on a minute lets get it right:
(Rev 22:16 NKJV) "I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star."
(Rev 22:17 NKJV) And the Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.
(Rev 22:18 NKJV) For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book;
(Rev 22:19 NKJV) and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
(Rev 22:20 NKJV) He who testifies to these things says, "Surely I am coming quickly." Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
(Rev 22:21 NKJV) The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
Any angel, any human, any demon, spirit or entity who dares to make a mockery of Gods word or his prophecy, shall have to pay dearly for this improper use of God's wod.
We live in an age in which, Satan has decided to use brother against brother, sister against sister, denomination against denomination etcc.. to attempt to tear down the everlasting kingdom, which Jesus proclaim that not even the gates of hell shall stand against it; therefore, if it can't stand against it-it will fail, it will be destroyed. Let God be true and every man made a liar. For God's thoughts are not our thoughts, neither are His ways our ways. When we are placed in the scale, we are found lacking. The very appropiation of our sins came thru Jesus willing laid down his life, and by the power of the Holy Ghost Jesus raised from the dead being victorious of death, sin and Satan. There has never been nothing wrong with the KJV of the bible (other versions are very good too),the God who inspired His word with his power, has the power to perserve it. Those who find fault, are looking to define their spirituality according to their might. Let the Spirit of God lead you in wisdom. Wisdom you know is knowledge put forth thru the test. America wake up! America wake up! The slaughter of the innocences has begun. The Sanhedrin has been established-the very sanhedrin which at night convicted Jesus the Christ of blasephamy, the New Rome has been established, the diseases of man has gone rampant, men lying with men as if it were a woman. Women forsaking the love of their man in exchange for sexual abmonations. The wars and rumors of war are upon us. Now comes Satan with his way Power, money, a buy out if we but yield our allegiance to an relative authority. Humanism teaches relative authority, but look where it got you! Murdered babies, students killing one another. Such perversed and wicked love. Israel on all sides surrounded by her enemies who would anihilate her. Even in this country there are those who would see Israel run into the sea. But yet the quickening of Israel and the people of the chosen convenant have been turning to the Messiah that was born in Bet-l'hym. Do not contend worthless subjects but preach and lead by living and renewing of your mind by and thru the Holy Spirit. Present yourself holy thru the blood, thru the baptism into his death, burial and resurection. For you were bought with a price. Live for Jesus bow now to Jesus willingly, or in that day you will bow and Jesus still prevails. Get on with it. Prostrate yourselves humbly before the Lord thy God, the Creator, the Judge, and yes thy Saviour. Go to him, let not Satan control your logic. Man's logic leads to pride, the love of life, and the god of this world. Come to Jesus.
