Prayer of Thanksgiving for the Gift that says "Amen"

This prayer I have prayerfully sought of the Father. It has been prayerfully revealed through the Spirit; it is the crest of my heart. It is my supplication before the Father that it will daily lead and follow me by morning and evening in the comings and goings that mark my days, and the coming and going that is the pilgrimage of my life.

Beloved Heavenly Father we come before you in the name of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, in awe of Your infinite glory, in praise of the abundance of Your Grace. We give thanks for the blessing of our inheritance in heavenly places at Your right hand, and acknowledge that it is Your gift whereby we freely come before you as we will, no longer bound by barriers of sacrifice and priesthood.

We give thanks for our salvation from the darkness of eternal separation from you, through our identification in your beloved Son; of God only begotten.

We praise Your Will for the redemption of Your creation, and we affirm the perfection of Your will for our lives.

We pray for the our fellow saints and faithful, that they may walk ever closer with you. We pray also for those who, though they may acknowledge You, yet seek their treasure in this world. We pray that their faith might be strengthened that they would acknowledge, day by day, the Truth that is Christ Jesus. We pray that those whose hearts are hardened to your Word of Truth will repent from darkness and incline their hearts to The Way, The Truth, and The Life that is Christ Jesus.

Heavenly Father, we pray also for the local and national leaders You have ordained to serve and protect us, and that they will look to you for guidance and direction in all things. We pray also for those who fight to protect the freedoms with which you have blessed us, that the spread and influence of evil governments, false religions and the philosophies of men, will find no purchase among us, and that those who handle the Word of Truth deceitfully might submit to Your Truth.

We pray for the lost, the outcast, and the lonely, that they might receive the strength and joy in the light and love that is Your Will; for the disenfranchised, downtrodden, for the imprisoned and oppressed, that they may know the perfect freedom that is Christ Jesus. We pray that we reflect the light of your perfect love, and that it shines upon those who have filled their emptiness with temporal things, and have failed to recognize their need for The Savior. We pray that those You have called will turn to receive the guidance and direction that is theirs when they stand in the light that is our beloved Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.

Father we pray that we may stand firm in our faith and in our Lord's faithfulness, keeping the Word of Truth always in our hearts and in our mouths, always reflecting His love in our daily lives before the world. We pray for all the saints and faithful in Christ, that we are never without a burning desire for the Truth of The Word; in that Truth which is the Lord, and that we may show forth patience and longsuffering as an example to those whose faith may be misplaced.

We ask that we might leave ever further behind the traditions and vanities of that worship under which many yet labor, and that as we walk in the light of that which is given to the Body of Christ, that our faith and our blessings would never be a stumbling block to those whose faith is informed by "truth" which those of "the world" would also have them follow.

We give thanks for the gift of Holy Spirit power that is ever ours who worship humbly in spirit and in truth; asking that, in accordance with your perfect will, we might receive the instruction that only the Spirit can provide, as we thereby receive greater knowledge of Your will, and as we acknowledge in our walk and witness before the world that which the Spirit reveals.

We who have been once born anew give thanks for the New Nature that is the earnest of our inheritance, and by which we now know that we are a NEW CREATION in Christ.

We give thanks for the precious blessings enjoyed by the church which is His Body, which you have revealed through the apostle Paul, whose letters although written in the darkness of imprisonment, yet which illuminate those ultimate blessings in the highest heavens reserved for those you have ordained from before the overthrow of the world, for those who are given to see that which is Truth for Your saints living in this day. Having rightly divided the Word of Truth thereby, we labor not in darkness, having a zeal for, and the gift of the discernment of, the Truth that is Christ Jesus; having rejected THE LIE in all its manifestations, that we may stand perfect and complete in Christ in all your will for our lives in this, the dispensation of your grace. We offer our most heartfelt praise and most sincere thanksgiving, having left behind all types and shadows which illustrated in the past all that which was to come, and having now stepped into the full blaze of the triumphant accomplishment of that which IS: The FINISHED work of our Lord and Savior, the Head of the Body of Christ of which we are members now seated in Christ at the right hand of the Father in Heavenly places.

Amen and AMEN [Cross]
