In the Bible, Potiphar's wife represents the Pharisees in Israel and Joseph in Potiphar's house represents Jesus in Israel.
For Potiphar's wife said about Joseph, when Joseph refused to take "lay with her", which represents Jesus refused to "lay with" the Pharisees.
And then Potiphar's wife said:
Genesis 39:17
And she spoke to her husband the following words, saying, The Hebrew servant whom you have brought to us, came in unto me to mock me.
Can't you just hear the Pharisees saying about Jesus, The Hebrew servant whom you have brought to us, came in to us to mock us.
