I can remember a time when my understanding about a certain thing was just plain wrong. When God corrected me, and I said to myself "well duh, Aaron", I could almost see Him smile really hard.
Like this:

Genesis 21:6 And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me.
I can just envision God chuckling to himself because he made Sarah laugh.
Does he laugh with us? -
Job 8:21 He will yet fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy.

Any one that has (that is not sadistic or cruel) children laughs at some of the things their children do, but it is not a making fun of can of laugh. It’s more of enjoying your children as they learn and grow can of laugh.

Yes, GoodNewsforAll, thanks for adding those verses. But that kind of laughing is more like having contempt for the wicked, while I was more thinking of the LORD YHWY and the Lord Jesus just passing a good joke between each other, maybe not even related to the earth.

This is only my own opinion on this, of course, and without Scripture to back it up...but I cannot imagine our Father and His Son Jesus laugh AT anyone of us...I think that would be cruel and unloving...but I can definitely imagine our Father and Jesus laugh WITH us...Laughing is a good thing but it depends for WHAT reason...

In other words, do YHWH and the Lord Jesus, the only Father and the only Son (the rest are angels), do they JOKE among each other and then LAUGH REALLY HARD?
Are there for instance times when YHWH and the Lord Jesus sees a bornagain Christian do something that MAKES THEM LAUGH REAL HARD, do you think that is possible in heaven?
