Eden
I stand corrected. I was thinking more along the lines of the land area in reference to the two tribes. Levites never really settled a parcel of land as the other tribes did. They belonged to the Lord and were given theirs as a gift to God.
No, there isn't a cult. There is blasphemy though, as an individual will down play the importance of the solution of understanding that wisdom is the topic of verse, Revelation 13:18 or anyone that quotes Proverbs without considering that the person they are raising up OFFENDED God the most and will suffer the fate of verse Dueteronomy 29:20, "The Lord will never be willing to forgive him;". I believe it against the Holy Spirit not to recognize that King Solomon will not be forgiven. This is the extent of the punishment that will befall him for misleading the Israelites away from God. At the very least an apology is needed if anyone has ever revered Solomon without also understanding first that he caused the earth to go into a spiral of decadence in which it has yet to recover from. There is a lack of Faith, which is obvious because there hasn't been two or more to meet in total agreement about Jesus or we would have been seeing mountains getting moved. Like the end of the violence and the beginning of the time when it will be unheard of for anyone to die before the age of 100. The Faith on the earth isn't as obvious as walking on water.

I have to say I'm a bit mystified @ what seems to be a fascination w/ the historical figure Solomon in here....
Is there a "Solomon Cult' somewhere I've never heard of???
..for some reason Rastafari comes to mind? ...

Hi, cbou4668. You said that to Solomon were given only two tribes. You said:
To only two tribes
Eden here:
After the tribes of Israel came out of Egypt at the Exodus, 13 tribes came out, now that Manasseh and Ephraim were adopted by Jacob as tribes in Israel in place of Joseph.
So 13 tribes came out of Egypt:
1. Reuben 2. Simeon 3. Levi 4. Judah 5. Gad 6. Asher 7. Issachar 8. Zebulun 9. Naphtali 10. Dan 11. Benjamin 12. Manasseh 13. Ephraim
Of these Jeroboam reigned over 10 tribes, and to Solomon fell Judah and Benjamin, plus Levi came over to Judah and Benjamin:
1 Kings 11:30-32 (KJV)
30 And Ahijah caught the new garment that was on him {on Jeroboam}, and rent it in 12 pieces:
31 And he said to Jeroboam, You take 10 pieces: for thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel, Behold, I will rend the kingdom out of the hand of Solomon, and will give ten tribes to you.
32 (But he {Solomon} shall have one tribe for my servant David's sake, and for Jerusalem's sake, the city which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel.)
But it is later added:
2 Chronicles 11:13-15 (KJV) 13 And the priests and the Levites that were in all Israel resorted to him out of all their coasts.
14 For the Levites left their suburbs and their possession, and came to Judah and Jerusalem: for Jeroboam and his sons had cast them off from executing the priest's office unto the LORD:
So Jeroboam still had 10 tribes, even after Levi left to join Judah and Benjamin. This would not have been possible if there had been only 12 tribes:
1. Reuben 2. Simeon 3. Gad 4. Asher 5. Issachar 6. Zebulun 7. Naphtali 8. Dan 9. Manasseh 10. Ephraim
1. Judah 2. Benjamin 3. Levi
Be blessed, Eden
