Have we lost real power of God?

. "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

"If the grace of God be in him, it will be as natural for him to groan out his condition as it is for a sucking child to cry for the breast. Prayer is one of the first things that discovers a man to be a Christian." John Bunyan

A baby comes into this world with the instinct of nature to find nourishment, to find the breast and suckle its mother’s milk.

The scripture says doth not nature teach you…in 1st Corinthians

The Apostle Peter said ……As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that the Lord [is] gracious.

Without that mother milk that baby will die, but false prophets, preacher that are wolves tell people that they can live without feeding daily at the Masters table. When born again as babes in Christ we need milk, as we grow we need meat. But the child that doesn’t eat will die; even a retarded child has to eat.

Yeshua's power was found in no other method than prayer but the average individual professing Christian spends a few minute to pray over their meals (sometimes) and maybe a prayer be fore bedtime.

Yeshua’s life was a continual prayer meeting, but yet most professing Christians think it an imposition if they are expected to attend a meeting of the saints (commonly called the Church) more than their allotted hour and a ½ maximum on Sunday, and God forbid you ask them to miss their favorite ball game….and go to a pray meeting, are you kidding.

Without a vision the people perish, Yahweh knows the pulpits in America have lost the vision of Yeshua, what He died for. (the lost)

Programs have been substitute for prayer, but prayer is the only way to touch Yahweh, the only way to hear His voice. You may be reading His word and praying with your spirit as you read, you may be driving your car down the road praying but if you hear Yahweh you will spend time in prayer.

John Bunyan said … "You then are not a Christian if you are not a praying person. The promise is that everyone that is righteous will pray. You, then, are a wicked wretch if you do not pray."

"He who does not habitually pray to God, cannot be a Christian." Timothy Dwight

"A prayerless man is, of necessity and thoroughly, irreligious: There can be no life without activity. As the body is dead when it ceases to act, so the soul that goes not forth in its actions toward God, that lives as though there were no God, is spiritually dead." Charles Hodge

"Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests . . . Be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints." Ephesians 6:18

There is no other reason we don’t have the power of Yahweh, than the simple reason we don’t pray…
Yahweh help us return to prayer.
The Lord is soon returning, the field is white unto harvest, but the laborers are few.
Not everyone that says Lord, Lord will enter into eternal lfe.

I couldn't agree more.

In the U.S. the church is, right now, being chastised for looking to politics for her strength. I expect the Lord to increase the fire as His arrival draws nearer.

There will be some who fall away and they will be restored. They will count their loss as a pittance compared to their life in the Lord. Others, will fall away to their own destruction and will scoff at the Lord and His people.

These are perilous times we are approaching...like none the world has seen. But take heart; our Lord has already revealed the end to us: "And they (the saints)overcame him (the devil) by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony...and they loved not their lives unto the death."

Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready.

Amen! Our Lord is coming back for His bride! And she will be ready for His return!

Bless you,
Aaron

I personally believe there is a move world wide as Yahweh is again dealing with His people, calling them to holiness.

He is coming back, but He is only coming for those who are making themselves ready.

Rev 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

A people, He calls a bride, no spots, no wrinkles.

A people with their lamps full of oil, wicks trimmed, burning brightly.

I am one that has that blessed hope, that is expecting my Lord any moment.

The scriptures say those that have this hope purify themselves.

Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

Amen, may GBU!
