Any specific referrences drawn from?

Obeying
OBEYING, ppr. Complying with commands; submitting to.

HE'ARING, n. The faculty or sense by which sound is perceived.

1. Audience; attention to what is delivered; opportunity to be heard. I waited on the minister, but could not obtain a hearing.

2. Judicial trial; attention to the facts, testimony and arguments in a cause between parties, with a view to a just decision.

3. The act of perceiving sounds; sensation or perception of sound.

I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear. Job 42.

And to the others he said in my hearing. Ezek 9.

4. Reach of the ear; extent within which sound may be heard. He was not within hearing.

Below we have the charactor which so marked the Jews in climax:

Rom 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Rom 10:14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
Rom 10:15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
Rom 10:16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Rom 10:18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.
Rom 10:19 But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.
Rom 10:20 But Isaiah is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me.
Rom 10:21 But to Israel he saith, All day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.

How can one hear unless they have been sent a sent one with a message Paul points out, and that Israel did know, all Israel had heard.

It is this crisis which provides for us, being sent a sent one:

Act 28:25
And when they agreed not among themselves, they departed {divorced}, after that Paul had spoken one word, Well spake the Holy Ghost by Isaiah the prophet unto our fathers,
Act 28:26
Saying, Go unto this people, and say, Hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and not perceive:
Act 28:27
For the heart of this people is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

Act 28:28 Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent {apostellō} unto the Gentiles {ethnos=nations}, and that they will hear it.

and in the apostle's epistles which follow this declaration is made known the church which is His body, the Mystery, or Secret "hid from ages {of time} and from generations {of men}, But Now..."

What was sent? Who sent it? When was it sent? Who is it sent to? Who was the sent one to bring it? Is it different?
