Even if you believe that the ark existed in the form described in the bible, this does not mean that there is anything left of it to be found. That amount of wood lying around would have seemed awfully useful for the population to go and build stuff with.

This makes perfect sense. The Mountains of Ararat are those mountains that spand eastern turkey and georgia; caspian area. Besides, I believe the Bible. I believe Jesus to be the Messiah, the one spoken by the prophets and He will come again.
One of my favorite areas is Historical Geography and hence I am study Apologetics.

Oops - for some reason when I saw 'Ark' I thought that it was the Ark of Covenant, not Noah's ark.
I don't think the team will ever get enough evidence to 'prove' that it's Noah's ark, so it won't finish the argument one way or another.
