How true! We should had known that this was to occur. The Anti-Christian Liberation Union (ACLU)has succeeded to undermine the integrity of the Constitution! Bach,Beethoven, George and all those old boys are rolling over in their graves. Some how I believe classical music always went with classical America.

I wish I had seen this earlier David; This is so heartbreaking. We need to be in prayer on this as a body. This program and programs like it can be the difference for eternity for some of these folks.
Our prison systems are a failure! The majority being purely penal and not about rehabilitationg anyone. Recidivism nationally is well over 50% within the first year and even more sad than that of those who offend again, almost 30% offend with a crime a gainst a person... violence or sexual assault.
Christian programs that can lead a person to Christ, repentance, and re-birth can transform the life of criminal and Biblically speaking it is the ONLY thing that can.
It is just heartbreaking to me that a political group like this can bring these programs to an end. We should be up in arms about this kind of thing. And above all we should be in ferverent prayer that GOD intervein. We should be in one accord enough to tell the governement to keep their money that the church will support these programs herself.
These folks that oppose these faith based programs do so on the premis that they are unfair to Muslims, Native American Spirituality, Catholics etc... but participation is not forced!!!!!!!! It is voluntary!! A prisoner can choose to participate or not.
Here in South Dakota the prison systems provides sweat lodges for Native American Spiritualists to practice their religious ceremonies and I can tell you that there are lawyers that lay in wait that the Department of Corrections would deny a Native American the ability to attend a sweat, but the very same system uses Christian Church attendance as a punishment... if you dont follow the rules you can be denied the ability to attend church services.
Christianity is under attack in this country folks and we better wake up before we find ourselves being loaded on trains.
I will not claim that this country was founded on Christian beliefs, but I will claim that this country was founded on religious freedom and ours is being whittled away day by day and we are too busy with the cares of this world to even notice!
