This is a Commandment that our Lord Jesus has given us to live by.
1Th 5:16 Rejoice evermore.
1Th 5:17 Pray without ceasing.
1Th 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
So we as Disciples in Christ we are to be praising God in the midst of our trails that we are going through, not murmuring. As it says in the scriptures we are to give thanks to be in the will of God. He is with us in the middle of our trails, so keep praising God, pray with out ceasing, give thanks all of the time 7days a week.
