My husband and I fish. He is in a fishing club. Not much fishing last year, though.
He hunts also. The quail and deer kept food on the table all winter. Praise the Lord! God is so wonderful!
The crockpot is an excellent way to keep the meat tender and falling off the bones with great flavor.

I am a casual hunter/fisher. Last August I went on a fly-in fishing trip in Canada. It was the first time I had ever done anything like that. I don't really get into it full-fledged, though. I couldn't tell you all the different kinds of fish, or all the habits of deer. Just something I do occasionally.

Just wondering if there's any hunters or fishermen (fishers--in the PC form) there are here?
