This is important information that everyone must be aware of especially parents. The Child Abuse Hotline is being used maliciously. There is a growing problem with the Div. of Social Services and Child Protective Services. The average parent has a 1 in 25 chance of Child Protective Services knocking on their door.
I watched helplessly as a Home Health Nurse Reported my mother (who is a retired Critical Care Nurse)and sister of overdosing my newborn nephew on Ativan. SHE WASN'T! The baby was removed and put in Foster Care!
American Family Rights Association states that the ASFA act of 1997 removed the last pretense of "family reunification" and put the final tool in place to disfranchise parents as having any right or claim to their own children. Children are being removed and ADOPTED OUT at an alarming rate, in many cases, WITH NO CHARGES EVER BEING FILED OR PROVEN AGAINST THE PARENT(S)! The agency is being funded by the removal of children from their homes! They receive 4-$6,000 per child and bonuses are given to each state for increasing their adoptions.In order for states to be eligible to earn incentive payments, they must increase the number of adoptions each year. If adoptions for the fiscal year are less than the average of the last three years, the state gets nothing. These payments are capped at $20,000,000 per state, which equals 5,000 adoptions.
