Heads must roll they Intentionally burned that product they could’ve pumped it out into another container. This was intentional!
What gets me, it didn’t have to be. The PVC was in one tanker and the monomer was in another. When the monomer tankers were leaking the aromatics are extremely flammable as well as a toxic inhalant, all they had to do was spray water on the monomer tankers and watch it turn to ice and then haul it away. Setting it on fire caused the PVC tankers to burn along with the monomer tankers…ridiculous!
