This 1939 flag of Palestine shows that it was recognized as a Jewish entity even then, and that the name “Palestine” historically referred to a region (so named by the Romans after they expelled the Jews in 134 AD, using the name of the Philistines, the Israelites’ Biblical enemies), not to a people.
There was no Palestinian nationality before the 1960s, when it was invented in order to reposition what was then universally known as the Arab/Israeli conflict.
This Lie was very easy to pull off because of the lack of the people of America's total interest being absorbed in traveling the broad road of self-indulgence..
The father of lies started this renaming a long time ago with ancient Israel when it was renamed Palestine.
Hadrien chose to name it ‘Palestine’ in reference to the Philistines, a nation of greek origin who lived in the southern coastal plain of Canaan, between the 12th century BC and 6 century BC.
Up to this resent resurrection of the “Palestinian Lie,” the Israelis were the tiny, besieged people amidst a huge number of hostile Arabs; after that invention, the “Palestinians” themselves became the tiny, besieged people against the big, bad Israelis. PLO executive committee member Zahir Muhsein said this in 1977:
The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing the strife against the state of Israel to foster a weak Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we postulate the existence of a distinct “Palestinian people” to oppose "Zionism".
In ancient times, the Israelite kingdom was called Judae. After suppressing the Jewish rebellion in Judea, the Roman Emperor Hadrian decided to punish the Jewish population By:
. Exiling the vast majority of Jews to all corners of the empire.
. Forbidding the practice of Jewish religious decrees.
. Building a pagan city – ‘Aelia Capitolina’ – on the ruins of Jerusalem.
. And …. renaming ‘Judea’, ‘Palestine’.
Satan’s goal thru Roman Emperor Hadrian was to obliterate any connection between the Jewish people and the Holy Land.
He failed. The Jewish connection to the Holy Land did not diminish and they kept it in their hearts, in songs and prayers.
The dispensation of the millennial Kingdom now stands ready as part of the next great Biblical prophetic events chronicled in Revelation.
