"O" No! So, O, your speech for the inaugural was centered upon getting along, and pulling together. Huh? How dare you. Those whom you represent, did despite right in the face of a good thing, which reasonable minds would not have. Yet they continue with a vengeance, and you are their crowning achievement.
But your constituents, those who support you, are moaners and complainers who drug their feet and cried fowl, kicking and screaming even as things wholly improved for them. Yet they were not, and are not satisfied. And it cannot be said that they do not, or did not have opportunity. Well, to be fair, it may not have been completely equal, but they had opportunity over the recent years. That, by the way, is how you were able to rise up, lest you have overlooked it. (Oh, that's right, you don't see it that way, and that is why you had to steal an election, to win. It was not an election, but a coop.)
And many have had more than equal opportunity afforded them, as a boost up. That opportunity has been capitalized on by many. It is why we see so many of your supporters in sports, on TV, and in government jobs. But they have an attitude.
Well, others who have come to this country, who were not moaners and complainers took to the task of bettering themselves, and succeeded. They recognized a good thing and didn't cry that they were oh so poor and discriminated against. For example, many Europeans, Greeks, and others came here and became millionaires. Indians of India got degrees and became among the best of computer programmers and doctors. Why heck, the Mexicans came here and worked their hiney off for less. Before they knew it, they were in demand. They surely wouldn't have gotten that way by sitting around and complaining.
But your people worked 'against' the system, while calling names, and making slurs, making demands, hindering progress and the well being of us all. Now you dare to insist that we 'pull' together? Well, why wouldn't yours pull 'with' us instead of being a dead weight? By the way, I'm not headed your way! And you wouldn't pull with us in the right direction. So now should I pull with you in the wrong?
