These are for you Rach. God loves you so much please look at how much God loves you and tell the devil you are not going to cut yourself anymore because You wont hurt what God loves. Tell him outloud Rach! The devil cant hear your thoughts, but he can send evil thoughts to your brain. Tell him to take a hike; Tell him you belong to God and that is that!

Ok, I SI (self injure) and I'm really struggling with it right now. All i can think of is really slashing my wrists. (Sorry, I'm always blunt.)
Does anyone have any verses they feel may help me, or any practical advice of other ways 2 deal with stress etc?
If so, I would greatly appreciate it.
