Gee why is this not being done unilaterally with ALL the Coal fired nations? Well any ways Obama is expected to announce Today a comprehensive new plan "FOR AMERICA ONLY" to combat climate change that includes cutting greenhouse-gas emissions from existing coal-fired power plants – a move that WILL lead to a wave of coal and electrical supply plant closings and job loss. -------------------- That is all.....
