Every Knee Shall Bow
The university professor caught up in the arrogance of the educational elite proudly proclaims his atheism. He forcefully teaches the unproven theory of evolution as fact in hopes of gaining more converts to his case. He is proud of himself and his atheist faith. He does not want to serve God. Someday he will bow before the Lord and confess the name of the Lord (Romans 14:11).
The misled Muslim vehemently denies that Jesus Christ is anything more than another prophet. He believes Jesus is human and not the Son of God. Out of his desire to destroy faith in Christianity or faith in the God of the Jews, he straps a bomb to his chest, walks into a place crowded with "infidels" and blows himself up. Meanwhile, back home his mother is proud that her young son has given his life for the cause of Islam. Someday that angry young man so full of hate will go before the Lord in judgment, bow before the Lord, and confess the name of the Lord Jesus (Romans 14:11).
The leaders of nations who have become intoxicated with their power often deny God. They do not seek to rule in a just manner because they do not fear God. They intend to do what pleases them and not what might please the Supreme Moral Ruler of the universe. They may live in leadership and luxury while they enjoy the prestige and power of their position, but someday they will bow before the Lord Jesus Christ and confess His name (Romans 14:11).
The professing Christian who becomes caught up in the wealth, pleasures, or perhaps even the problems of this life and leaves the truth is in danger of losing his soul eternally. He may give up on the church while using the sin of others to excuse his own failures. He may even begin to criticize the church and work against it. Someday he will feel the deepest sense of regret possible as he kneels before Jesus and confesses the name of Jesus one more time (Romans 14:11).
The New Age Advocate so intent on saving "mother earth" will one day find that earth has been destroyed by the Lord (2 Peter 3:10ff). One day he will realize that God was in control of the earth all along and that it could not be destroyed by man. Rather, it would be destroyed by God when He was good and ready. That earth which they loved so much will be no more and they will bow before the Christ whom they once rejected, and confess His name.
When all of those just mentioned meet the Lord on the day of judgment they will be shaking with such intense fear as cannot be described. They will not be ready. Their confession of the Lord's name will be far too late. They will be lost eternally.
However, there are some who will with joy confess His name on that great day. All faithful Christians shall confess the name of the Lord with gladness. They all shall receive their reward from the Lord and enter a place of unspeakable joy.
Rom 14:11
For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

An art exhibition where people are encouraged to write in a Bible has seen visitors daub abuse and obscenities across its pages.
Part of Made in God's Image, the exhibit also includes a video of a woman ripping pages from the Bible and stuffing them into her bra, knickers and mouth.
Next to the copy of the Bible at the Gallery of Modern Art (Goma) in Glasgow is a container of pens and a notice, which says: 'If you feel you have been excluded from the Bible, please write your way back into it.'
The exhibit, entitled Untitled 2009, was put forward by the Metropolitan Community Church with the aim of reclaiming the Bible as a sacred text.
But its pages have been scrawled with comments including 'F*** the Bible' and 'I am Bi, Female & Proud. I want no god who is disappointed in this'.
The exhibition was created by artists Anthony Schrag and David Malone, alongside organisations representing gay Christians and Muslims.
