I couldn't agree more B.
But I also wonder of N Korea actually has them, or if they are just bluffing.
They may have a dirty bomb, but I find it hard to beleive they have a fully functional N. Bomb yet.

I think America has looked at North Korea as an annoying fly. We fuss about her but basically ignore her antics. But, I think this attitude is one day going to bite us on the rear.
