These scriptures seem to go with what u are saying sis.
Jhn 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
Jhn 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved
And this is what God has to say about those who have chosen not serve Him but who have chosen to do evil in His sight..
Isa 30:1 Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin
Isa. 66...........Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations
Isa 66:4 I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose [that] in which I delighted not
He is God and He is just to all even to the wicked GOD is Just..AMEN HE IS...
