Haha, I have been wanting lasik for years, but have never really had the money to do it. I agree though that the risks are sort of scary!

Just thought I'd let you guys know that after reading all the material on the Lasik procedure, I chickend out of having it done. I guess I'll just live life in my glasses ![[Wink]](wink.gif) I'm always that 1-in-100 person and I'd rather wear glasses then be blind or severerly damaged.
However, I still don't want to do the daily news, so if anyone feels compelled... please go for it!

At least I was able to share a little good news. ![[Smile]](smile.gif) I'm Really looking forward to the day when I can wake up and actually SEE without having to grab these glasses (I'm blind as a bat without them!)

Sorry guys, I had my eyes dialiated today for a Lasik exam (I'm going to have it done on New Years Eve! Yea!) and they are Really light sensitive. Unfortunately I can't spend much time on here or they hurt.
This may pose a problem for me doing the news for a while after New Years Eve. Apparently I'm going to have sore eyes for a while after. Can someone else take this over please?
Also, if you feel so moved as to pray for a sucessful surgery and quick (complication free) recovery, I'd greately appreciate it!
