Since they are signing up with Rome then it must be Rome who is the Great City that reigns over the kings of the Earth (Revelation 17): Mystery Babylon, Mother of the Harlots and Abominations of the Earth. Don't you think?

On Monday, 10 February 2003, Afghanistan acceded to the Rome Statute
of the International Criminal Court, thereby becoming the 89th State
Party to the treaty.

Isn't is amazing how the countries we liberate are convieniently turned over to the UN. Well, Iraq is next, then North Korea, and so the march towards the one-world government of the antichrist continues...
