Author Topic: Thanks and praises to God Pleasemaranatha Advanced Member Member # 5150 posted                       Thankyou God for answering prayers for Maria. A friend of mine has had a horrible life of rapes and beatings from her husband for 15 years. She was brought to American when she was 15 from Brazil. Her husband never let her become legal with papers. He controlled her by threatening that she would be deported without her children etc. So none of us could tell what we knew about the beatings etc. because we knew he would make things worse. This last rape and beating was done in front of her children, making them run out of the house to get help. She was about killed this time. The police came and are moving heaven and earth to help her and the kids. They have colleges helping her get legalized to stay in America. They have alot of organizations stepping up. They have police right outside of her house day and night for protection. I just want to thank God and let everyone know that God can deliver all out of evil situations. Never loose your hope or faith. She has seen the manifestation of her answered prayers that were cried to the Lord.
