The blind man said, "How about God shedding the first blood when He opened Adam back up to take the rib out??? Adam wasn't bloodless, right?"

However, if you are referring the first blood shed of humans, it would be Cain.
-------------------- With you I rise, In you I sleep, kneeling down I kiss your feet, Grace abounds upon me now, I once was lost but now I'm found. The gift of God dwells within, To this love I now give in.

Genesis 3:21 - Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
YHWH shed the first blood, making the sacrifice, most likely of lambs, for the skins to clothe Adam & Eve.
