It is true that the Roman Bishopric became one of THE MOST IMPORTANT Bishoprics in the Roman Empire, located as it was at the seat of power in Rome.
But just because the Roman Bishopric cowtowed to the Roman political powers that be, does not invalidate all the other bishoprics of the church which existed in many other important cities along the Mediterrean Sea, like Antioch.
If anything, it should be to the SHAME of the Roman Bishopric that it allied itself so much with worldly political powers in Rome, this should be to its SHAME and NOT to its GREATER HOLINESS or SET APARTNESS.

I became upset when I heard about the Pope saying that Catholics and Muslims pray to the same God.
Seeing how the Muslims hate the Jews and God says the Jews are His chosen people, then they are not praying to the same God.

Pope Ratzinger, the leader of the world's largest so-called
Christian cult, on July 10,2007, asserted the dominance of the Roman
Catholic Church. It is important to know that the Roman Catholic
Pope's position, or office, is the antichrist false prophet.
Believers in the Word of God, THE Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ,
are to KNOW in this time, to see a BEAST rising to global dominance
of all religion. This antichrist false prophet religious leader
would try to appear as a lamb, but he would speak as a dragon. This
is exactly what Pope Ratzinger did on July 10, 2007. He spoke as a
dragon asserting the full inquisition authority over all religion on
planet earth. He spoke as the dragon, the father of lies, as the
leader of ALL false religions of the dragon.
Pope Ratzinger speaking as a dragon said that other Christian
communities are either defective or not true churches. Pope
Ratzinger as a dragon asserted that the Roman church provides the
only true path to salvation. THIS IS ANTICHRIST, and regardless of
how he might try to have peaceful dialogues, to appear to be
lamblike, he spoke as a dragon. Rev 13:11-12.
Most people are unaware that just shortly before the antichrist UN
Millennium Summit in 2000, in June of 2000, THE antichrist gave to
the office of the Roman pope, FULL GLOBAL INQUISITION Authority over
ALL religion on planet earth.
Pope Ratzinger, who attended Vatican II as a young theologian, has
long complained about what he considers its erroneous interpretation
by liberals, saying it was not a break from the past but rather a
renewal of church tradition. The Congregation for the Doctrine of
the Faith, which Ratzinger headed before becoming pope, said it was
issuing the new document Tuesday because some contemporary
theological interpretations of Vatican II's ecumenical intent had
been "erroneous or ambiguous" and had prompted confusion and doubt.
Pope Ratzinger made it clear that Christian denominations were not
true churches but merely ecclesial communities that did not have
what he called the "means of salvation." THAT IS ANTICHRIST, spoke
as a dragon no matter how lamblike he may try to appear. The pope
says that only the Roman Catholic Church cult, which he heads "has
the fullness of the means of salvation." I say the pope gets that
from the dragon and NOT the Lord Jesus Christ. There is indeed only
ONE True Church and ONE True Faith, and it is NOT the faith of the
Roman Pope, though the dragon has given him such power during the
antichrist war on the SAINTS.

In terms of Apostolic succession, the true believer in the Lord
Jesus Christ would tell the pope that the Apostles said that
salvation was by repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and
not by Rome's popes, priests, masses, sacraments, and indulgences
which Rome sells. There is One Mediator between God and man and that
Mediator is most certainly NOT the pope. 1 Tim 2:5 For there is one
God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
However, ever since the pope was given that full inquisition
authority over all religions of the world in June 2000, we have
watched the big names in the religion business, race and jockey for
position and the pope's blessing on their religion business
operations. Someone might wonder what the one with the so-called
defender of the faith title would have to say about this latest
Papal Bull. We should expect him to say nothing because the pope is
his very own personal false prophet, and has only said what the
antichrist prince and the dragon wanted him to say. The big names in
the religion business understand this and have been doing all they
can to seek out the blessing of the pope on their religion
businesses.
The document said that Orthodox churches were indeed "churches"
because they have apostolic succession and enjoyed "many elements of
sanctification and of truth." But it said they do not recognize the
primacy of the pope — a defect, or a "wound" that harmed them. In
remarkable Papal Duplicity, despite the harsh tone of a dragon, the
document stressed that Pope Ratzinger will continue to try to look
lamblike and remains committed to ecumenical dialogue. The official
Roman commentary on the Papal position expressed by Ratzinger
said "if such dialogue is to be truly constructive it must involve
not just the mutual openness of the participants, but also fidelity
to the identity of the Catholic faith." Even the top Protestant
cleric in Ratzinger's homeland of Germany, complained the Vatican
apparently did not consider that "mutual respect for the church
status" was required for any ecumenical progress.
Pilot said to Jesus, "What is Truth?" Can you imagine, here is TRUTH
PERSONIFIED, standing right in front of him, and he really asked
that of Jesus. Adolph Hitler said, "Truth is NOT what IS, truth is
what people believe it to be". How interesting "Truth is not what
is, truth is what people believe it to be." That is what the man who
wanted to be the antichrist established as the pattern for all the
antichrists to follow him.
Jesus said, "I AM the Truth." Not just a truth, THE truth. Jesus,
Who is TRUTH Personified, also taught of God, and said while praying
to The Father "Thy word is TRUTH." Jesus told the devil, and all
with ears to hear, "Man does not live by bread alone but by every
word that proceeds out of the mouth of God."
Many get upset with me when they ask for source verification. I tell
them that people believe what they choose to believe. It is useless
to try to prove truth to most. There is one and only one way to
PROVE truth, DOES IT AGREE WITH THE WORD OF GOD? Yes, KJV only. We
ALL have only one Teacher we can trust, the Spirit of Truth.
Many may already be saying, there you go again, Jim. Yes, here I go
again, telling you to get off the internet, off the TV, off the
radio, and IN the Word of God. We need FAITH, and faith cometh by
hearing and hearing by the word of God. When you KNOW The Truth,
Yeshua Messiah, you are set free, and kept free, of fear by His
perfect love. It is not good enough to know about Jesus, we must
KNOW Him. We must hear His voice, and not the pope's. The Lord Jesus
Christ, is the one whose name is called, The Word of God.
Amos 3:7 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his
secret unto his servants the prophets.
I believe that as God reveals His secrets, it will be from His
servants the prophets. I don't believe that it will come from the
501c3 profits and profiteers, and those bowing to the pope.
The antichrist propaganda machine is running with the full power of
the prince of the power of the air. Why would saints listen to it,
when they could be reading what God has to say? The Illuminati wants
to achieve as much erosion of personal freedoms as possible using
the "Fear of Attack" before they launch the next actual
attack. "Fear of attack" is the theme of the daily drumbeat of
propaganda, in this period of escalating violence.
So, effectively, the ONE WORLD ORDER already exists. The Patriot Act
law package took away the Constitutional Rights in America, as well
as the constitutional guarantees of the used-to-be free people of
the 15 nations of Europe, as well as Canada, Australia, and New
Zealand, ALL on the same fateful weekend after 911. Today, America
is the world's largest police state. The lawmakers were told to pass
the laws without debate and without reading the bills. At the SAME
TIME the 15 other used-to-be free nations of Europe, and also
Australia, New Zealand and Canada passed, similar law packages to
eliminate their constitutional civil rights. The SAME Laws were
passed at the SAME time, in the Same manner, without reading or
debate, in the other used-to-be free nations. Hummm. Coincidence?
Not hardly!!!!!
The law packages are aimed at coordinating anti-terrorism strategies
(ANTICHRIST WAR ON THE SAINTS). Officials from nearly 40 countries -
including Iceland, Russia and several former Soviet Republics -
agreed to 'spare no effort' to implement international conventions
aimed at cutting off financing for terror groups (SAINTS) and
combating money-laundering. The plan is to make it impossible, as
soon as possible, to prevent any SAINT or JEW from being able to buy
or sell.

The time for doing that ended about this same time, in the year
2000, about 1 year before 911-WTC. On June 26, 2000, the false
prophet Vatican pope was given full inquisition authority over ALL
the religions of the world. Yes, signed, sealed, and delivered. Part
of the subsequent UN Millennium Summit was to cover and gloss over
that FACT. The Antichrist Prince picked up the entire tab for that
deal which brought the entourages of over 150 heads of state and
over 2000 religious mucky mucks to be wined and dined and
entertained in Manhattan for 2 weeks. Not even a drop in the bucket
for this wealthiest, highest occult power, in the world.
We are going to try to keep the focus on the only answer, the MORE
SURE word of prophecy written in the KJV Holy Bible. Saints, you are
the terrorists. That is how the antichrist governments define you.
The war on terrorism is WAR ON THE SAINTS.
Phil 1:28 And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to
them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and
that of God.
The FACT that you can not be put in FEAR by their propaganda makes
you an evident token of perdition to them. You saints become a
terror to these UNgodly people. The FACT that you are IN Christ, and
in nothing terrified, is proof that they are going to hell, and you
are going to heaven.
On October 27, 2001, Bush signed an "Anti-terrorism" bill into
existence that severely eroded our personal freedoms. Ironically,
this terrible law has been officially dubbed the "Patriot Bill".
Anyone else ever notice how the titles of these antichrist laws are
almost always opposite what the law is intended to do? What about
other crazy terms like UN "peacekeeping forces?" How about the
greatest oxymoron of all "holy war?"
Where is the safe place? ONLY IN THE WORD. Only IN Christ Jesus.
Stay IN The Word. The victory is certain. If you are threatened with
eternity, remember that Heaven is NOT that bad. Alleluia! Let NOT
your heart be troubled. What is truth? Or rather Who is Truth? The
Word of God.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Pray Psalm 83 every day. Only be
very strong and of good courage. Stay IN the Word.
