Brothers in Christ should not seek prominence
At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 18:1-4

Matthew 19:30
And when the ten heard [it], they were moved with indignation against the two brethren. Matthew 23:1-11

2 Corinthians 10:10-18
That which I speak, I speak [it] not after the Lord, but as it were foolishly, in this confidence of boasting. Seeing that many glory after the flesh, I will glory also. Galatians 2:1-6

Philippians 2:3-12

Philippians 3:17-19
