Here is wisdom...666, where 6 is the number of man, 666 is man intensified, but the keyword there is 'count', reflecting Rev.2. 9 and 3. 9-10, and, of course, Genesis 3. 15, not to mention Genesis 4. 2 (noting the word 'again').
If the government will be on His shouldiers, then Satan will counterfit it, creating a one world government. Take Eze. 1. 3&4, change ALL the names to their Hebrew meaning, then write out the concordant for all the words in v.4 to see what kind of picture is being formed for our minds, reflecting that God has a living one.
Chaldean means astrologer in v.3. In Genesis six what was the problem and in what way was Noah perfect? whereas in the latter days it will be Genesis six, but with the added dimension of Dan 2:43.
See if the Lord will open your mind on this one: Baptism, the picture story in type and shadow set forth showing how the spiritual waters enter the Matrix of the womb from the four rivers of Genesis 2. I am unable to, for now, expand too much on this, due to the need to first comprehend a much bigger picture the Bible provides us, as to the methods of the purpose of the creation of the age times.
The Acts 28:28 boundry and the purpose of the Acts may cause a needed re-evaluation of many things, bearig in mind:

The Lucifarian agenda is really very far advanced. They are areosol(ing) the skies here again today. And the purpose is to lower the ELF's of the earths electo-magnetic grid, amoung other things. I also believe they are exposing our troops to massive DU rads so that, soon, the only military who could protect the country will be unfit for duty and unable to uphold the oath (both foriegn and domestic).
Having deeply studied the Masonic purpose and professed historical writings, they believing Solomen to be a mason, Cain was the first builder of cities, &c, &c, it always struck me as odd - how my Bible studies led me to study Masonry and the dark force symbols, but they are definately trying to bring a techno hyper-dimensional focus which will enable their instead of Christ to appear on the scene.

when I thought about this post later, i agree that Babylon is what is being set up by Satan. I had never quite seen it held in contrast to an Israel in abeyance, but Lucifer-Satan will definitely try to be the Prince of the holy oblation of land of Ezekiel 44ff.
So you say that is also why it is called "the time of the Gentiles"? As in, the time during which the Gentiles, including Lucifer-Satan (is he a Gentile?), show their kingdom.

Do you mean what the apostle is describing as the signs of the apostacy when the times of the gentiles are building their Babylon for Satan without being aware of it? like the lying to themselves, having ithching ears to go to those who will tell them only what they want to hear?

'And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled' (Luk 21:24).
Under the decree of Caesar Augustus, Christ was born in Bethlehem; under Pontius Pilate, He was crucified. When the Lord asked for a penny, that penny bore the image and superscription of Caesar. When Christ and His apostles came into touch with soldiers, they came into touch with Romans. Jerusalem was still being trodden of the Gentiles.
Daniel 2 makes it certain that Gentile dominion continues unbroken until the Coming of the Lord, when the whole image, not some portion of it, will be broken to pieces:
'Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth' (Dan 2:35).
'Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it broke in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure' (Dan 2:45).
Babylon figures largely in the book of the Revelation in the NT and occupies a great place in the prophets of the Old Testament.
The kingdom being set up on earth is not the kingdom of God, it is the kingdom of the lie of the last days which lead up to the awful conditions which characterize the close of Gentile dominion that is set forth in such books as Daniel or the Revelation. Babylonianism comes under the heading of ‘the lie’ pseudos, sometimes translated ‘lying’. This word pseudos is found in Romans 1:25, Ephesians 4:25 and 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11.
Two "fathers" are in the context of John 8:44. Christ said, "I speak that which I have seen with My Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father . . . this did not Abraham. Ye do the deeds of your father . . . If God were your Father, ye would love Me . . . Ye are of your father the Devil" (John 8:38-44).
"He was a murderer from the beginning."
Moffatt translates the next sentence: "When he tells a lie, he is expressing his own nature," or, as the A.V. has it, "he speaketh of his own" surely words cannot be plainer! and he is not only a liar but the father of IT. The signs of the times, coupled with the warning given in 1 Timothy 4: 1-4 make it all the more necessary that we should be informed concerning this central feature of Satanic attack.
The Pseudos and its advocates. From the history of Israel, and the Divine commentary of Romans 10:1-4, we can see that the trap that was laid for their feet was a false righteousness.
From the teaching of Colossians and 1 Timothy 4:1-5 we perceive the trap that was laid for the feet of the church is a spurious sanctity. The departure from the faith predicted in 1 Timothy 4: 1 results from giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons.
Subdividing 1 Timothy 4:1-6 we have the analysis:
(1). Character of the prediction. It is made rhetos, in express terms.
(2). Substance of the prediction. Some in the latter times will apostatize.
(a) Unseen superhuman agencies.
(b) Visible and human instruments.
(3). Specific errors will be propagated.
(a) Prohibition of marriage.
(b) Enforced abstinence from certain kinds of food.
(4). Digression. Confutation of the pseudo-ascetic precept.
Arg. 1. From the purpose of God in creation.
Arg. 2. From the intrinsic nature of all creatures.
Arg. 3. From the sanctifying power of the word of God.
(5). Practical conclusion. Timothy's ministry.
Two related agents, superhuman and human, are concerned, and consist on the one hand of seduction and doctrines, and on the other hand with seared consciences and hypocrisy. The link between these agents of evil and their dupes is likewise twofold, namely the one "gives heed", the other "speaks". Without this medium of interchange the doctrines of demons would neither have been promulgated nor received.
"Some shall depart from the faith, giving heed." The word prosecho occurs a number of times, the affix pros revealing only too well that there will be an inclination on the part of the hearer, a thought that is developed in 2 Timothy 4, under the figure of the "itching ear", and expressed with terrible justice in 2 Thessalonians two, where we read of those who take part in another and related apostasy, that such will be deceived "because they received not the love of the truth . and had pleasure in unrighteousness".
It is Babylon that is now being set up on the earth, while the prison ministry makes it clear His body, the church, is being set up in the super heavenlies.
"Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith" (1 Tim. 1:4).
The RV reads "a dispensation of God" where the AV reads "godly edifying", the Greek oikonomia instead of oikodomia, involving the change of but one letter. This opening warning is balanced by the one already considered, concerning the oppositions of a pseudo-knowledge, which we saw was injurious to the "deposit" which had been entrusted to Timothy, a "deposit" in which was enshrined the truth for this "dispensation".
In contrast with all this, the Apostle places "faith unfeigned", and as this word is anupokritos "not hypocritical" we are immediately reminded of those agents in the apostasy who speak lies "in hypocrisy" (1 Tim. 4:2), and again, the contrast is emphasized by a "good conscience" in 1 Timothy 1 :5, and the "seared conscience" of 1 Timothy 4:2. "Vain jangling" (1 Tim. 1:6), "empty argument" (Moffatt) is what this attitude of mind leads to.
We should take strong note of those earthly organizations bhilding bigger buildings, expanding the power of man and calling it the glory of God, with all their of books, to sell, to explain the word of God, exchanging God's lessons for mans experiences. We could do well sticking close to that which is written to the body of Christ, and not be carried on every wind of doctrine, that is to say, playing dice with the word of God.
He will reveal to all who ask, the truth which concerns His body, for He is growning a church in the heavenly kingdom of His Dear Son right now, while a false Jesus is building his kindgom on earth to look just like what we might think the real kingdom would be like. Like.
While we cannot assert that a knowledge of Dispensational Truth is a panacea for all ills, it is most certainly believed that by rightly dividing the Word of truth we shall often be saved from the Devil's snare.
There can be no peace on earth while the prince of peace is absent.
'And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign forever and ever' (Rev 11:15).
Because the nations "changed the truth of God into the lie", or "exchanged the truth of God for a (the) lie" (RV), God gave them up to the most vile passions, and dishonourable practices, and Ephesians 4:20-25 relates "the lie" with the old man which is corrupt according to the former lusts, contrasts the lie with the truth which is in Jesus Christ, speaks of the new man that is after God and created in righteousness and holiness of the truth, and as a consequence says:
"Wherefore putting away the lie, speak every man truth with his neighbour" (Eph. 4:25).
