I also don't like how leaders and peole aren't turning to pray over scrouning and accusatins right now either

I really wish that instead of accusations and anger, ministers and misisonaries and prayer vigils would be done first and have the most importance.

Satan wants us to have fear and rage and hate. If we pray and love and embrace its much better. I won't lie and say it dosen't create fear for me, but Stan wants us afraid. His biggest thing is probably making people afraid.

Just like how people go to jail if they dont go to war, I feel its to make people cave in due to fear. If everyone who was drafted chose jail, there would be no way there'd be enough soldiers or enough jails for them.

When I read or hear of these things, and can also see that the Lord's hour has not yet come despite them, I just remind myself of a few verses.

To not let my heart be troubled by these things.
As John 14 reminds us.

That no matter how scary the world gets, my Lord has overcome the world. As I'm told in Acts 20.

And that I am not to fear, for that is not where the Lord has placed me. 2nd Timothy.

Just paraphrasing.

I pray that the world will wake up--that the leaders who witness these things and think first to put a spin on the story that will free them from even an indirect responsibility, will wake out of their trance, and see the signs of His return.

What makes me wonder even more is how the world is not getting scarier per se, but desensitized to the scary things. And a world leader who would stand up and say "look to the sky, for the redemption is surely near" would be booed off the pedestal faster than if he were to keep changing the same old transparent spins.

I'm praying my parents will find god first.

Unforuatnely, I feel things will get WAY worse before we get lifted away. I'd like to think differently, but I feel we will be left during the worst parts. But, if jesus could die on a cross and war a crown of thorns and be torutred, why can't we?

I pray for the souls who haven't found God (espeically my parents) so much with all of this.

The US is also now into code oarange for transit.

As soon as I saw this today I thought of it being a sign of the end. These people and their families are in my prayers.

Honey,
I feel your pain and I too pray every day for Jesus' return. In fact before I read this I was standing in the kitchen pouring my coffee and praying God will have mercy on all His children and come very soon.

I am afraid to listen to the news and have just looked at short snipets on the MSN Homepage regarding the explosions in London and it is tearing me apart.

Because we have the heart of Jesus and feel the unbeareable pain of what is going on as He does, surely Jesus doesn't expect us to go through the Tribulation. This is just a tiny fraction of what the tribulation will be like.

He's coming soon. [rapture]
