Trespass Charges Against Summerfest Street Preachers
Dismissed When Civil Rights Attorneys Show Up for Defense

The charges arose when Summerfest officials, apparently bothered by the content
of the pro-life message, summoned police officers and demanded they remove the
demonstrators. The police officers did as they were asked, and proceeded to
force the demonstrators to move. When one of the demonstrators, Aaron Beay,
asked why they had to move when another group of protesters affiliated with
Greenpeace was allowed to stay, he was promptly arrested. Beay then tried to
hand his mother his car keys, and the police officers arrested her, too ...
