I live in the state that Sen. Trent Lott hails from and I can tell you that HE IS NOT RACIST or A SEGRAGATIONIST....(SP). The most racist people in our state are the black people, not the white. They have a chip on their shoulder, and an attitude that is anything but peaceful.

We have been made to look like idiots and bigots and racist here for so many years, the truth will never be known...but come here to the magnolia state and you won't leave....most people who do never leave...they love it here.

There could be peace here if THEY would change their attitude.........ours has been changed for a very long time. I'm sick of the PAST, POOR US, VICTIM US, YOU OWE US SOMETHING, we need to APOLOGIZE yada yada song and dance. ENOUGH! [tears] Many states have much more of a problem than we do ....ours just makes it to the news.

TRENT LOTT is a good man taken to the cleaners by THAT VERY ATTITUDE. Makes me sick.

Second View: Israel and the Church are Different
The other view, we believe, is clearly taught in the New Testament, but it has been suppressed throughout most of Church history. This view is that the Church is completely different and distinct from Israel, and the two should not be confused. In fact, the Church is an entirely new creation that came into being on the Day of Pentecost after Christ's resurrection from the dead, and will continue until it is taken to Heaven at the Rapture return of the Lord (Eph. 1:9-11). None of the curses or blessings pronounced upon Israel refer directly to the Church. The Church enters into the Abrahamic and New Covenants, for instance, only by divine application, not by original interpretation (Matt 26:28).
This leaves all the covenants, promises, and warnings to Israel intact. Israel, the natural Jewish nation, is still Israel. To be sure, Israel has been side-lined during these past 1,900 years of the Diaspora. The Church has taken center stage in the Lord's affairs as the Gospel has spread throughout the world. Nevertheless, God has carefully preserved the Jewish people, even in unbelief, through every kind of distress and persecution. Sometimes, the professing Church itself (I speak to our shame) has been a cause of these persecutions to the Jews.
Not only has God preserved the Jewish nation, but He has also kept His promise to save a remnant of Israel in every generation. The remnant of Israel in this age are the Jewish believers in Christ who have joined the Gentile believers, and form the Church, the Body of Christ (Rom. 11:5). In this respect, then, a part of Israel (the believing remnant) intersects with the Church during the Church Age. But this does not make Israel the Church, or vice versa.
In the future, both God's warnings and promises to Israel will come to pass. After the Lord is finished with the Church Age, and has taken the Church to Heaven in the Rapture (1 Thess. 4:16-18), God will restore Israel to center stage on the world's divine theater. First comes the devastating "Time of Jacob's Trouble" (Jer. 30:7) also known as the Great Tribulation. This is a dreadful period of seven years, which begins relatively lightly during the first half, but intensifies into full focus during the latter half. During this time the world is judged for rejecting Christ, but, more specifically, Israel is judged, purged and prepared through the fiery trials of the Great Tribulation for the Second Coming of the Messiah. This is the bad news.
The good news is that, when Christ does return to the earth at the end of the Tribulation, Israel will be ready, willing, and eager to receive Him, and proclaim, "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord" (Matt. 23:39). As the stumbling of Israel brought blessing to the world at Christ's First Coming, the reception of Israel to Christ at His Second Advent will be like "life from the dead" (Rom. 11:15). The remnant of Israel which survives the Tribulation (some one-third of the Jewish people who enter the Tribulation), will be saved, and the Lord will establish His kingdom on the same earth and the same capital city, Jerusalem, that rejected Him centuries before. Israel will be the head of the nations, and no longer the tail, and all nations will send representatives to Jerusalem to honor and worship the King of Kings and Lord of Lords (Isa. 2:2-3; Micah 4:1). The Church will return with Christ, and will rule with Him for a thousand years (Rev. 20:1-5). He Himself told His disciples that they would rule over the 12 tribes of Israel in the restoration (Matt. 19:28). Thus, Israel has not been forgotten in God's plan. While the Jewish nation still has a dark period facing it, there is a glorious finale to Israel's long history.

·We have all been had: The belief that giving the Palestinians a state will bring peace is a delusion. The truth is that they want it all. The short-term goal is a state consisting of the West Bank and Gaza. The long-term goal is a state that includes all of "historical Palestine," including Jordan.

Let us examine the truths here:

1. There never was a Palestinian state or a Palestinian nation. There are no Palestinian people, per se. Rather, these are Arabs living in a region that historically has been called many things, including "Palestine."

2. Israel did not go to war against a Palestinian state and occupy its land. Rather, Israel was attacked by six Arab countries at once. She defended herself, defeated her attackers, and won the so-called territories, not from the Palestinians, but from Jordan and Egypt.

3. Jerusalem was never the capital of any state but Israel. It was certainly never the capital of a country that never existed. Why should the Palestinians get any part of it? Because they want it? Because they have terrorists?

4. Jerusalem, under the current Israeli control, is a free and open city. Israel, as a democracy, guarantees freedom of religion within its borders. Contrast this fact with areas that have come under Palestinian occupation. What percentage of Christians have left in recent years because they cannot stand the harassment and persecution?

5. Most Arabs living in Palestine today are not indigenous to the region. It was not until after the Jews had changed deserts and swamps into a productive and thriving land that the Arabs started migrating there. Arafat himself was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. Did you know that?
The belief that giving the Palestinians a state will bring peace is a delusion.

The truth is that they want it all. The short-term goal is a state consisting of the West Bank and Gaza. The long-term goal is a state that includes all of "historical Palestine," including Jordan.

Mel & Kathy Cohen of "Wake Up Coalition"
Rocks have been lifted all over Europe, and the snakes of Jew-hatred are slithering free.

In Belgium, thugs beat up the chief rabbi, kicking him in the face and calling him "a dirty Jew."

Two synagogues in Brussels were firebombed; a third, in Charleroi, was sprayed with automatic weapon fire.

In Britain, the cover of the New Statesman, a left-wing magazine, depicted a large Star of David stabbing the Union Jack.
Oxford professor Tom Paulin, a noted poet, told an Egyptian interviewer that American Jews who move to the West Bank and Gaza "should be shot dead."
A Jewish yeshiva student reading the Psalms was stabbed 27 times on a London bus.

"Anti-Semitism", wrote a columnist in The Spectator, "has become respectable . . . at London dinner tables." She quoted one member of the House of Lords: "The Jews have been asking for it and now, thank God, we can say what we think at last."

In Italy, the daily paper La Stampa published a Page 1 cartoon: A tank emblazoned with a Jewish star points its gun at the baby Jesus, who pleads, "Surely they don't want to kill me again?"

In Corriere Della Sera, another cartoon showed Jesus trapped in his tomb, unable to rise, because Ariel Sharon, with rifle in hand, is sitting on the sepulchre. The caption: "Non resurrexit."

In Germany, a rabbinical student was beaten up in downtown Berlin and a grenade was thrown into a Jewish cemetery. Thousands of neo-Nazis held a rally, marching near a synagogue on the Jewish Sabbath. Graffiti appeared on a synagogue in the western town of Herford: "Six million were not enough."

In Ukraine, skinheads attacked Jewish worshippers and smashed the windows of Kiev's main synagogue. Ukrainian police denied thatthe attack was anti-Jewish.

In Greece, Jewish graves were desecrated in Loannina and vandals hurled paint at the Holocaust memorial in Salonica.

In Holland, an anti-Israel demonstration featured swastikas, photos of Hitler, and chants of "Sieg Heil" and "Jews into the sea."
In Slovakia, the Jewish cemetery of Kosice was invaded and 135 tombstones destroyed.

But nowhere have the flames of anti-Semitism burned more furiously than in France. - -

In Lyon, a car was rammed into a synagogue and set on fire. In Montpellier, the Jewish religious center was firebombed; so were synagogues in Strasbourg and Marseille; so was a Jewish school in Creteil. A Jewish sports club in Toulouse was attacked with Molotov cocktails, and on the statue of Alfred Dreyfus in Paris, the words "DirtyJew" were painted.

In Bondy, 15 men beat up members of a Jewish football team with sticks and metal bars. The bus that takes Jewish children to school in Aubervilliers has been attacked three times in the last 14 months.
According to the police, metropolitan Paris has seen 10 to 12 anti-Jewish incidents per day since Easter. Walls in Jewish neighborhoods have been defaced with slogans proclaiming "Jews to the gas chambers" and "Death to the Jews."

The weekly journal Le Nouvel Observateur published an appalling libel: It said Israeli soldiers rape Palestinian women, so that their relatives will kill them to preserve "family honor."

The French ambassador to Great Britain was not sacked -- and did not apologize -- when it was learned that he had told guests at a London dinner that the world's troubles were the fault of "that shitty little country Israel."

"At the start of the 21st century," writes Pierre-Andre Taguieff, a well-known social scientist, in a new book, "we are discovering that Jews are once again select targets of violence. . . Hatred of the Jews has returned to France." But of course, it never left. Not France; not Europe.

Anti-Semitism, the oldest bigotry known to man, has been a part of European society since time immemorial. In the aftermath of the Holocaust, open Jew-hatred became unfashionable; but fashions change, and Europe is reverting to type.

To be sure, some Europeans are shocked by the re-emergence of Jew-hatred all over their continent. But the more common reaction has been complacency.

"Stop saying that there is anti-Semitism in France, "President Jacques Chirac scolded a Jewish editor in January. "There is no anti-Semitism in France."

The European media have been vicious in condemning Israel's self-defense against Palestinian terrorism in the West Bank; they have been far less agitated about anti-Jewish terror in their own backyard.

They are making a grievous mistake. For if today the
violence and vitriol are aimed at the Jews, tomorrow they will be aimed at the Christians. A timeless lesson of history is that it rarely ends with the Jews.

Militant Islamist extremists were attacking and killing Jews long before they attacked and killed Americans on Sept. 11.

The Nazis first set out to incinerate the Jews; in the end, all of Europe was ablaze Jews, it is often said, are the canary in the coal mine of civilization. When they become the objects of savagery and hate, it means the air has been poisoned and an explosion is soon to come. If Europeans don't rise up and turn against the Jew-haters, it is only a matter of time until the Jew-haters rise up and turn against them.

French Anti-Semitism Finally and long overdue, your people, oppressed and disgraced by hatred and maliciousness, have achieved justice: now you enjoy full citizen's rights, but you'll remain Jews nonetheless." Franz Grillparzer (1791-1872), Austrian author.

Redemption, finally someone with ears to hear and eyes to see the truth. Praise God †
You are so right in what you say. And we should not support any anti christ nation. Our founding father's told us that. We become paratakers of their evil deeds if we do.

Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.

The fact is, Arabs populating Gaza, Judea, and Samaria have much less claim to nationhood than that Indian tribe that successfully emerged in Connecticut with the purpose of starting a tax-exempt casino: at least that tribe had a constructive goal that motivated them. The so called "Palestinians" have only one motivation: the destruction of Israel, and in my book that is not sufficient to consider them a "nation" -- or anything else except what they really are: a terrorist organization that will one day be dismantled.

In fact, there is only one way to achieve piece in the Middle East. Arab countries must acknowledge and accept their defeat in their war against Israel and, as the losing side should, pay Israel reparations for the more than 50 years of devastation they have visited on it. The most appropriate form of such reparations would be the removal of their terrorist organization from the land of Israel and accepting Israel's ancient sovereignty over Gaza, Judea, and Samaria.

The only reason Israel is denounced is because its winning . BTW, americans slaughtered civlians in the vietnam war, and in teh gulf war, and no one is bothering them. Like I said, no one decnounces the people who are winning.

Israel has the historic claim to the land. Israel purchased the land from the Arab Mufttis, and restored swamp and desert, and made it productive.
When the land became productive the arabs returned, and declared themselves to be Palestinians. The arabs maintain the Palestinians as a sole means of attacking Israel.

When Messiah returns He sets foot on the Mount of Olives as He left, and the Jews will look upon He who they pierced, Israel is the centerpiece of prophecy, and God is far from being done with the Jews.

Israel wasnt even a nation until the mid 1900's. I would also like to say that the Israeli government is anti christian. Since it is not christian. If they are not believers then they are not to be trusted. This whole deal about the palestinians and the israelis is quite simple. The israelis want all the land. The palestinians want all the land. its a simple civil war. if the US had not backed israel israel would not have the foothold and teh power it as at the moment. The palestinians are using suicide bombers. Who cares? Its a common tactic in war. The communists used it in vietnam. They are attacking civilians. Well, the israelis are bordering off entire cities. That sounds like they are attacking civilians as well. Both groups do the exact same thing they accuse the other of. The only reason Israel is denounced is because its winning. BTW, americans slaughtered civlians in the vietnam war, and in teh gulf war, and no one is bothering them. Like I said, no one decnounces the people who are winning.

The standard Zionist position is that they showed up in Palestine in the late 19th century to reclaim their ancestral homeland. Jews bought land and started building up the Jewish community there. They were met with increasingly violent opposition from the Palestinian Arabs, presumably stemming from the Arabs' inherent anti-Semitism. The Zionists were then forced to defend themselves and, in one form or another, this same situation continues up to today.

The problem with this explanation is that it is simply not true, as the documentary evidence in this booklet will show. What really happened was that the Zionist movement, from the beginning, looked forward to a practically complete dispossession of the indigenous Arab population so that Israel could be a wholly Jewish state, or as much as was possible. Land bought by the Jewish National Fund was held in the name of the Jewish people and could never be sold or even leased back to Arabs (a situation which continues to the present).

The Arab community, as it became increasingly aware of the Zionists' intentions, strenuously opposed further Jewish immigration and land buying because it posed a real and imminent danger to the very existence of Arab society in Palestine. Because of this opposition, the entire Zionist project never could have been realized without the military backing of the British. The vast majority of the population of Palestine, by the way, had been Arabic since the seventh century A.D. (Over 1200 years)

In short, Zionism was based on a faulty, colonialist world view that the rights of the indigenous inhabitants didn't matter. The Arabs' opposition to Zionism wasn't based on anti-Semitism but rather on a totally reasonable fear of the dispossession of their people.

One further point: being Jewish ourselves, the position we present here is critical of Zionism but is in no way anti-Semitic. We do not believe that the Jews acted worse than any other group might have acted in their situation. The Zionists (who were a distinct minority of the Jewish people until after WWII) had an understandable desire to establish a place where Jews could be masters of their own fate, given the bleak history of Jewish oppression. Especially as the danger to European Jewry crystalized in the late 1930's and after, the actions of the Zionists were propelled by real desperation.

But so were the actions of the Arabs. The mythic "land without people for a people without land" was already home to 700,000 Palestinians in 1919. This is the root of the problem, as we shall see.

Two young Palestinian terrorists - 8 and 13 years old - infiltrated the Jewish town of Netzarim in Gaza yesterday, armed with knives. They attacked one boy, entered another house, and were shot at - though not before one of them was hosted graciously by a resident who thought his guest was a Thai worker - and were then captured by security forces, and taken to an Israeli hospital.

You should truly seek for truth and stop posting palestinian/arabic propaganda, lies designed solely to attack Israel.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

http://www.middleeastfacts.com/Articles/Yashiko/Palestinians.html

If you are so sure that "Palestine, the country, goes back through most of recorded history", I expect you to be able to answer a few basic questions about that country of Palestine:

· When was it founded and by whom?
· What were its borders?
· What was its capital?
· What were its major cities?
· What constituted the basis of its economy?
· What was its form of government?
· Can you name at least one Palestinian leader before Arafat?
· Was Palestine ever recognized by a country whose existence, at that time or now, leaves no room for interpretation?
· What was the language of the country of Palestine?
· What was the prevalent religion of the country of Palestine?
· What was the name of its currency? Choose any date in history and tell what was the approximate exchange rate of the Palestinian monetary unit against the US dollar, German mark, GB pound, Japanese yen, or Chinese yuan on that date.
· Have they left any artifacts behind?
· Do you know of a library where one could find a work of Palestinian literature produced before 1967?
· And, finally, since there is no such country today, what caused its demise and when did it occur?

The truth should be obvious to everyone who wants to know it. Arab countries have never abandoned the dream of destroying Israel; they still cherish it today. Having time and again failed to achieve their evil goal with military means, they decided to fight Israel by proxy. For that purpose, they created a terrorist organization, cynically called it "Palestinian people" and installed it in Gaza, Judea, and Samaria. How else can you explain the refusal by Jordan and Egypt to unconditionally accept back the "West Bank" and Gaza, respectively?

The fact is, Arabs populating Gaza, Judea, and Samaria have much less claim to nationhood than that Indian tribe that successfully emerged in Connecticut with the purpose of starting a tax-exempt casino: at least that tribe had a constructive goal that motivated them. The so called "Palestinians" have only one motivation: the destruction of Israel, and in my book that is not sufficient to consider them a "nation" -- or anything else except what they really are: a terrorist organization that will one day be dismantled.

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (PIC)An acrimonious argument
erupted during the Israeli cabinet weekly session
last week between Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon
and his foreign Minister Shimon Peres during which
Sharon reportedly yelled at Peres, saying "don't worry
about American pressure, we control America."

According the Israeli Hebrew radio Kol Yisrael
Wednesday, Peres warned Sharon that refusing to
heed incessant American requests for a cease-fire
with the Palestinians would endanger Israeli interests
and turn the US against us.

At this point, a furious Sharon reportedly turned toward
Peres, saying "every time we do something you tell me
America will do this and will do that . . . I want to tell
you something very clear: Don't worry about American
pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people, control
America, and the Americans know it."

Sharon to Peres:

"The great Ideal of Judaism is that the WHOLE WORLD shall be imbued with Jewish teachings, and that in a universal brotherhood of nations-a created Judaism, in fact-ALL SEPARATE RACES AND RELIGIONS SHALL DISAPPEAR." Jewish World, London, February 9, 1933

"Some call it Communism, but I call it Judaism." Rabbi Stephen Wise

From the written records of CHARLES PINCKNEY of South Carolina, of the proceedings during the drafting of the Constitution in 1789 concerning the statement of BENJAMIN FRANKLIN at the convention concerning Jewish immigration. (Original in the Franklin Institute, Philadelphia.)
"If they are not excluded from the United States by the Constitution, within less than a hundred years they will stream into our country in such numbers that they will rule and destroy us, and change our form of government for which Americans have shed their blood and sacrificed life, property and personal freedom. If the Jews are not excluded, within 200 years our children will be working in the fields to feed the Jews, while they remain in the Counting House gleefully rubbing their hands."

Ariel Sharon proved Ben Franklin's prophecy.

http://christianactionforisrael.org/antiholo/hate_jews.html

'When I hear "the Jews" used as a term, my blood runs cold - and I've been hearing this far too often,' says Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Wales and a contender for the see of Canterbury. 'Whenever I print anything sympathetic to Israel, I get deluged with complaints that I am Zionist and racist,' says Colin Blakely, the editor of the Church of England Newspaper.

Andrew White, canon of Coventry cathedral and the Archbishop of Canterbury's representative in the Middle East, is heavily engaged in trying to promote dialogue and peace between Israelis and Palestinians. He says of attitudes in the Church, 'These go beyond legitimate criticism of Israel into hatred of the Jews. I get hate mail calling me a Jew-lover and saying my work is evil.'

The reason, he says, is that Palestinian Christian revisionism has revived replacement theology. 'This doctrine was key in fanning the flames of the Holocaust, which could not have happened without 2,000 years of anti-Jewish polemic,' he says. After the Holocaust the Vatican officially buried the doctrine, the current Pope affirming the integrity of the Jewish people and recognising the state of Israel. But, according to Andrew White, the doctrine is 'still vibrant' within Roman Catholic and Anglican pews. 'Almost all the Churches hold to replacement theology,' he says.

The catalyst for its re-emergence has been the attempt by Arab Christians to reinterpret Scripture in order to delegitimise the Jews' claim to the land of Israel. This has had a powerful effect upon the Churches which, through humanitarian work among the Palestinians by agencies such as Christian Aid, have been profoundly influenced by two clerics in particular.

The first is the Anglican Bishop of Jerusalem, Riah Abu El-Assal, a Palestinian who is intemperate in his attacks on Israel. 'We interviewed Bishop Riah after some terrorist outrage in Israel,' says Colin Blakely, 'and his line was that it was all the fault of the Jews. I was astounded.'

The bishop also has an astounding interpretation of the Old Testament. Last December, he claimed of Palestinian Christians, 'We are the true Israel ...no one can deny me the right to inherit the promises, and after all the promises were first given to Abraham and Abraham is never spoken of in the Bible as a Jew.... He is the father of the faithful.'

The second cleric, Father Naim Ateek, is more subtle and highly influential. Although he says that he has come to accept Israel's existence, his brand of radical liberation theology undermines it by attempting to sever the special link between God and the Jews.

In a lecture last year Andrew White observed that Palestinian politics and Christian theology had become inextricably intertwined. The Palestinians were viewed as oppressed and the Church had to fight their oppressor. 'Who is the oppressor? The state of Israel. Who is Israel? The Jews. It is they therefore who must be put under pressure so that the oppressed may one day be set free to enter their "Promised Land" which is being denied to them.'

'CHRISTIAN ARABS PERSECUTED BY PA'
Yasser Arafat's Palestinian Authority is waging a campaign of "intimidation and harassment" against former Muslims who have converted to Christianity, London's SUNDAY TELEGRAPH reported yesterday.

The report largely corroborates information gathered and published in recent months by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (which publishes this news service).

It quotes new converts as saying they have been arrested by PA security troops, and then beaten; how their businesses have been set ablaze; that members of their church face constant harassment. The converts have resorted to holding secret meetings.

Pastor Isa Bajalia, an Arab-American Christian pastor, is quoted as saying: "Forget the issue of Christianity and converts. This is a human rights issue that supporters of the PA should be dealing with."

"Converts may also face problems because generally they are members of evangelical churches which opposed an independent Palestinian state," the TELEGRAPH says. "Evangelical Christians read the Bible literally and say that God gave this stretch of land to the Jews."

"Finally the Christians can breathe freely," said Helen, 50, a Christian mother of four. "We are so delighted that these criminals who have intimidated us for such a long time are now going away."
Others feared new gunmen will capitalize on the group's disappearance and the pullout of Israeli troops.

"Will new gangs come in?" asked Samer, 33, from the Christian suburb of Beit Jala in Bethlehem. "The gunmen will start taking revenge on the weak, desperate people."

Residents also said that Mr. Ja'ara and another top leader, Ibrahim Abayat, took nine Muslims whom they suspected of collaborating with Israel into an apartment near Manger Square and fatally shot them.

The executions took place shortly before the April 2 gunbattle between Israeli troops and Palestinian fighters that sent more than 200 Palestinians fleeing into the church, where they remained for 39 days.

Christian-Muslim Relations
Despite their minority status in Palestinian society, Christian Palestinians have historically maintained excellent relations with their Muslim neighbors. Christians fully identify with their Palestinian identities, and their psychological trauma at the loss of their homeland was as deep as that of all other Palestinians. Christians and Muslims have struggled together in the Palestinian nationalist movement, and these shared experiences have fomented cooperation, solidarity and unity among the two faith groups.

Isolated incidences of discrimination or tension between Christians and Muslims have occurred, but generally the press that these cases receive grossly exaggerates the actual conflicts. Many Palestinians believe that Israel has purposely exacerbated tensions between Christians and Muslims, categorizing them on a confessional basis in order to employ a "divide and conquer" strategy as occupiers and to defame the Palestinian Authority in the international arena.

Yasser Arafat, the Palestinian Authority President, has actively condemned intolerance between Christians and Muslims under his leadership. Arafat, who is Muslim, has appointed several Christians to top positions in the Authority and his wife, Suha, is of Christian background.

http://www.acj.org/outreach/palestinian.htm

Two prominent Palestinian Christians have issued a call for a non-violent resistance strategy that is circulating throughout the West Bank and Gaza.
The proposal seeks massive political involvement by all Palestinian people as well as international support from other Arabs and from the world Christian community. The goal of the non-violent action, according to the two peace activists, is an end to the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza and the dismantling of settlements. They support a two-state solution to the present crisis.
One of the authors of the document is Jonathan Kuttab, Esq., a widely-respected human rights lawyer in Palestine who has earned a reputation as a lay theologian as a member of Sabeel, a movement for Palestinian liberation theology. Kuttab is an Episcopalian who is part of the Arabic-speaking community at St. George's Cathedral in Jerusalem.
The other author-advocate is Mubarak Awad, a Baptist in Bethlehem who directs Nonviolence International. Because of his work promoting non-violent resistance among the Palestinians in the 1980's, the Israelis considered him dangerous; he was arrested and subsequently deported.

Some days, the sounds of pealing church bells and mosque ‘azzan’ (Muslim call to prayer) deafens Bethlehem as Palestinian Christians and Muslims confirm their unity against Israel.
Most of the dead were Muslims but Palestinian Christians have suffered dearly from the Israeli occupation army too.

http://www.arabia.com/news/article/english/0,11827,32645,00.html

Palestinians who suffer economic and social hardships in Israel have received little help from Christians in the West because of political and theological concerns, according to leaders of Christian groups working in the Holy Land.

new group calling themselves "The Army of Palestine" attempted to shoot down an Israeli Airline with 261 Israelis returning home from Kenya. Only five minutes later they sent a car in a co-ordinated attack, with not one, but three suicide bombers in it, into an Israeli owned Hotel in Mombasa Kenya, killing 15, three were Israelis two of them small girls and 80 wounded many of them Israelis. Think about that for a minute, 3 suicide bombers in one car, just how anxious are they to kill themselves anyway? It should also be mentioned, that four years ago the American Embassy was bombed by Osama be-Laden in Kenya.

It is also worth mentioning that Hizbullah in southern Lebanon just released a statement claiming that they had sent a team to Kenya to carry out this act of terror as well. These are the same people that are stealing the water that flows into the Kinneret, and poisoning with pollutants another stream going into the Kinneret and this Israeli Government is setting back afraid to make George Bush mad, allowing them to get away with it.

Only a few minutes ago, I heard of an attack in Beit She’an near the southern end of the Kinneret, where three Palestinians opened fire at a bus stop that had set up as an Israeli polling station for the primaries for the Likud. Four Israelis were killed and dozens wounded many seriously. One of the terrorists was found to have had an explosive belt on to kill even more of us. This day is still young and all we can do is hold our breath and pray, asking God not only to protect our children but also as Jews have so often asked, Why God, Why? Joel is at a Jewish wedding (some place up north), so that certainly puts his mother and I on praying grounds.

There is a verse of Scripture that comes to mind. Jeremiah 51:19-24. The portion of Jacob is not like them; for he is the former of all things: and Israel is the rod of his inheritance: the Lord of hosts is his name. Thou art my battle axe and weapons of war: for with thee will I break in pieces the nations, and with thee will I destroy kingdoms; and with thee will I break in pieces the horse and his rider; and with thee will I break in pieces the chariot and his rider; With thee also will I break in pieces man and woman; and with thee will I break in pieces old and young; and with thee will I break in pieces the young man and the maid; I will also break in pieces with thee the shepherd and his flock; and with thee will I break in pieces the husbandman and his yoke of oxen; and with thee will I break in pieces captains and rulers. And I will render unto Babylon and to all the inhabitants of Chaladea all their evil that they have done in Zion in your sight, saith the Lord.

It is the Palestinian Islamic terrorists which have drug the bodies of our Christian Palestinian Brothers through the streets, who have raped our Palestinian Sisters, who have terrorized our Palestinian Christian Brothers and Sisters, and the media reports nothing.

It is the rabid Palestinian Islamics who have butchered women and babies in their homes, for who any living child is fair game for their savagery.

In Bethlehem and Beit Jala which have been under Palestinian rule for some time, the Palestinian Christians continue to suffer terribly at the hands of Arafat's terrorists. Shops in Bethlehem owned by Christians have been burned to the ground and the owners terrorized...by their OWN Palestinian “brothers.” Young Christian girls have been taken and gang-raped; entire families terrorized. While many left the area earlier in the Intifada, those still there now have no recourse, it seems. Terrorists in Beit Jala seize their homes to use as firing positions to shoot into Gilo and the families living there have no voice.

In your hatred of Israel you have bought into the Islamic lies which have blinded your perceptions, you seek after lies and reject the truth.

How soon we forget what we saw on tv, that little 12 year old boy and his father shot down in cold blood by israelis soldiers. The whole world watch this terrible thing happen and did nothing. And why do you not see the israelis ARE KILLING CHRISTIANS. Why do you ignore that FACT!!! Afarat's wife is a Christian, whether you want to believe that or not. I suggest you not believe the bias media we have here. When it comes to real Christians your not going to hear the truth on TV. The media is not reporting everything that happens in the middle east. It is bias towards the jews.

What a Rabbi said;
The Ashkenazi are the majority party in modern Israel. The two groups are always at war verbally. Most recently a Sephardim Rabbi named Yosif stated publicly the Ashkenazi are reincarnated sinners that deserved all Hitler gave them.

But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

I too support my Christian Brothers and Sisters, not the Arafat household, the leader of terroists and the sponser of homicide bombers of innocent women and children. Not the household which sponsers those who drag the bodies of their victims through the streets and hangs them from the lightpoles. The Islamic Palestinians are the ones murdering Christian Palestinians. It is the children of the Islamic Palestinians who are strapping on the bombs, whenever Israel eases up on the preassure.

I only support my fellow Christians, not anti-christs. So you are saying that makes it right for Israelis to kill Christians because other people might have. Anyway we don't support other people we support and pay Israel billions of dollars a year. And they attacked the USS Liberty and killed our American men. And they are killing Christians. So we become paratakers of their evil deeds. Those Christians blood are on our hands also.

Arafat's wife is a Christian.

POPE MEETS ARAFAT'S WIFE

Vatican (CWN) -- Pope John Paul II yesterday met with Souha
Arafat, the wife of the Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat. Mrs. Arafat
reportedly brought the Holy Father a message from her husband,
seeking his help in renewing peace talks in the Middle East. She also
asked the Holy Father to pray for peace in that region, and he
replied: "I do, every day."

The Pope's guest also expressed concern over the massive exodus of
Palestinian Christians. As Patriarch Michel Sabbah of Jerusalem has
observed, she noted that Christians are the objects of pressure from
by Jewish and Muslim interests. Mrs. Arafat-- who is a Christian
herself-- underlined the importance of preserving a distinct Christian
presence, and of safeguarding the plans for the celebration of the
2000th anniversary of Christ's birth in Bethlehem,

Souha Arafat married the Palestinian leader in 1990. She was
accompanied to Rome by their 2-year-old daughter, Zahoua, who
received a special blessing from the Pope.

To Truthseeker;

You claim to support Palestinian Christians in your attack on Israel, but you do not. You support Palestinian terrorists, and seek to allow rabid wolves of Palestinian Islamic terrorism free access to furthur victimize both the Israelies and our Palestinian Brethren.

Palestinian Christians: The Other Side of the Story

Some time ago I was invited to present a two-day seminar in a church about the Middle East conflict. During the course of those sessions, we used an abundance of scriptures, carefully presented in their context, to clearly explain why the land is God's, that He entrusted it to Israel as a permanent possession, and what are the challenges of Islam. At the end of the two days, the senior Pastor told a couple in his church: "Well, I'd like to hear the Palestinian side..."

OK.....here it is....
In the past two days, I have had the opportunity to speak personally—eye to eye—with three people here intimately involved with Palestinian Christians in Bethlehem and Beit Jala. Their testimonies are appalling.

You may remember that, when I was here in October, I told you that two Christians from Bethlehem had told me they wished that Israel would take Bethlehem back since they had a much better life under Israeli rule. Since then, I had heard other reports but because they were not first hand, I did not publish them. However, everything I have been told personally in the last two days only strengthens the credibility of the rest of what I've heard.

You read yesterday that two “suspected” collaborators were murdered by Palestinians in Bethlehem without investigation or trial beforehand. You should see the pictures. It's horrific, outrageous....but where is the outcry from the “human rights” groups? In the newspapers here, the photos of murdered Palestinians being dragged through the streets of Bethlehem by masked terrorists, right into Manger Square, which many tourists would recognize, are absolutely revolting. Will ANY international TV news broadcast these photos for the rest of the world to see what the terrorist organizations are doing to their OWN people? Probably not; it's not 'politically correct' ....if you see it on your news, please let me know.

The Palestinian Christians are suffering terribly, right along with their Jewish neighbors. But let Israel go in to Bethlehem or Beit Jala with troops and tanks to take control—fully aware and deeply concerned about the suffering of the Christians there—and the world that DOESN'T know about it begins to shout 'Restraint' at Israel.

One Jewish lady who has good friends in Bethlehem said to me through her tears, 'They are trapped, completely trapped. I asked them why they don't speak out, why they don't try to defend themselves and they told me it's impossible. If they do, their whole family will be tortured.'
You want to know the Palestinian side? There it is....from personal, eyewitness testimonies.
This is not a political situation. This is some of the worst religious persecution in the world today.....like that in other countries where Islamic terrorists are murdering Christians, Jews and anyone who will not convert to Islam.
Why are we hearing from some many directions that “There is no military solution?” In times of war, that is the ONLY solution.
If talking was going to accomplish the task, it would have been done years ago. There's been talking for a long time....and it's only led to more and more terrorism.
This was a difficult piece to write, but not as difficult as sitting with those who are living with it and seeing the hopeless anguish they live with continually, not as difficult as seeing the photos of the murdered 'suspects' in the newspapers.
We'd all better wake up......before it's too late.

This week Senator Trent Lott gave a vague encomium for Strom Thurmond's early career, when Thurmond was a segregationist, and as a result, Lott is being denounced as harboring "segregationist sympathies" (while the segregationist himself has had an Air Force jet named in his honor).

Meanwhile, the most militantly segregationist nation on earth, "Israel" is the recipient of billions of dollars in US military aid and has requested billions more.

On Dec. 12 the New York Times reported that "five unarmed Palestinians were shot and killed as they tried to climb over the barbed-wire fence marking the boundary between the Gaza Strip and Israel...The five were seen by soldiers in an area where Palestinians are barred from entering. Soldiers fired at the five, and their bodies were found this morning, the army said. Ladders were found near the bodies, but no weapons. Palestinians looking for work in Israel often try to climb the fence or cut their way through. Unemployment is high in Gaza, particularly since security measures blocked Israel to Gaza residents."

All Palestinians in Gaza, not just members of the Palestinian resistance to Israeli occupation, live under racial segregation and are banned from entering the "state of Israel." Because this is a Zionist policy, Americans engage in linguistic circumlocutions to skirt its unmistakably segregationist nature. Five Palestinians were killed Dec. 12 for trying to find a job in territory from which they are banned for racial reasons, and Americans heave a collective shrug of the shoulders. Senator Lott utters two nostalgic sentences and the nation's pundits and politicians issue a call to arms.

Under Ariel Sharon Israelis have built trenches around Palestinian cities to keep all Palestinians out of Israel. Sharon has instituted collective punishment in the form of curfews, military closures and mass murder. Face it, Sharon is free to kill any Palestinian, with the exception of Yasser Arafat, and no penalty of any kind will befall him. Palestinians do not have the status of human beings. The Israelis classify them as "Amalek" --those who are deserving of extermination.

Compared to America's blind allegiance to Sharon, Lott's off-the-cuff remark about Thurmond amounts to a tempest in a teapot; though Lott, who has pimped for King George II's emergent police state and proposed war on Iraq, is a decidedly unsympathetic character.

If even the fleeting thought of finding something wholesome in the long-dead southern Jim Crow system is an outrage, what of the blank check America gives to the nation of Israel, where citizenship is based on the racial criterion of descent from a Jewish mother? Zionist journalist Yocheved Golani typifies Israeli sentiment when he declares: "Many Israelis resent the influx of gentile Russians with doubtful Jewish parentage...Potential olim (immigrants) want to live in an exclusively Jewish homeland, where their children will meet marriageable Jews not...crime-committing goyim."

Jewish supremacy guarantees that Israeli collective punishment, killing and segregation of Arabs, and the maintenance of a racial-nationalist state, will not be the subject of moral censure in the American media.

Should Trent Lott resign? Only if the U.S. government resigns its support for Sharon's segregationist state.

John 1:10-11 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

Remember there are Christian Arabs (YOUR Brothers and Sisters in Christ) the israelis are killing also.
