Thought I would post this for the 4th of July...
I wrote this two years ago on Independence Day.

LET FREEDOM RING

In the beginning God created
The heavens and the earth,
Then He came and dwelt among us,
A blessed virgin's birth.

The Spotless Lamb, the Son of God
His gift at Calvary,
Upon a cross, a Love so strong,
A Grace that's sets us free.

So let freedom ring!
Let freedom ring!
Let all the nations shout for joy,
Let all the angels sing!
Let the world bow down before
Jesus Christ the King,
So lift your voices to the Lord
And let freedom ring!

For God almighty so loved the world
That He gave His only Son,
Salvation is for all who believe
That Jesus is the One.

He came to give His precious life
Oh, He died for you and me,
But arose and lives forevermore,
Yes, He has set us free!

So let freedom ring!
Let freedom ring!
Let all the nations shout for joy,
Let all the angels sing!
Let the world bow down before
Jesus Christ the King,
So lift your voices to the Lord
And let freedom ring!

Wow Tracy that is great!!! How true.. there is no real freedom in this life except that which Christ gives! I thought this was absolutely beautiful!
