I am a moderator over on another board called World of Prophecy, with a lot of emphasis on prophecy and end time events:

God bless you;
This is an interesting series of events in regards to Bible prophecy. Just wanted to share with you, what Bro. Pete posted over on WOP:
quote:
December 25, 2004: Christmas Day in the US. The day that the world supposedly 'celebrates' the birth of the 1 and only Son of God, Jesus Christ. On this day, an earthquake that literally shook the entire Earth happened. This was an unmistakable day. An earthquake measuring over 9.0 rocked the Indian Ocean causing a tsunami that hit over 10 countries causing nearly 300,000 to go missing or die. That is nearly a quarter to a third of a million people dead or missing.
September 29, 2009: Earthquake originally registered at magnitude 7.9 rocks Indonesia killing over 1,000. This is just 1 day after the Old Testament Jewish Holiday of YOM KIPPUR. This Jewish Holiday marks the end of 10 days of repentance called "Rosh Hashanah," in which all people have their last chance to make it right with God by repenting of their sins before the Jewish New Year begins on Yom Kippur. On Yom Kippur, according to the old testament, each persons fate is decided for the upcoming year. The "righteous" are written in the book of life, while the "wicked" have their fate determined. In other words, according to the OT, each persons fate for the upcoming year is decided and their last chance for "atonement" is decided on this day. Is it any surprise that JUST after this day, this earthquake struck Indonesia? Also, there were numerous other events that took place right after Yom Kippur 2009, such as a number of powerful 'super' hurricanes that struck the Philippines.
February 27, 2010: CONCEPCION Earthquake. One of the most powerful earthquakes of the century measuring 8.8 was centered in Concepcion, Chile. Killed hundreds and sparked fears of a tsunami pacific wide. (Being in Hawaii I remember spending the next day in the mountains with my family!). Christ referred to the end time events as "Birth Pangs." For there to be "Birth Pangs," then there must first be "CONCEPTION."
April 4, 2010: Resurrection day earthquake. On this day, EASTER SUNDAY, the Lord rocked the ground in baja California with a major 7.2 earthquake. The same event happened on the day that Christ was resurrected 2,000 years ago (Matthew 28:2).
September 4, 2010: SHAKING AT CHRIST CHURCH, New Zealand. On this day, the Lord caused the ground to shake violently with an earthquake originally registering at magnitude 7.2. Think about it, this Earthquake could have had its epicenter ANYWHERE, but its was centered right on CHRISTCHURCH. Sound familiar? We read in the Bible that Judgement starts at the House of God. At CHRISTS CHURCH (1 Peter 4:17)
September 24, 2010: Tropical Storm MATTHEW begins to make landfall in Central America. This storm could have hit on ANY day, and been called ANY name. It is not a coincidence that MATTHEW struck on the 24th. In the Bible, Matthew Chapter 24 is the chapter in the book of Matthew where Jesus describes the events that will take place in the end times. He describes that famines, earthquakes, and wars are just the beginning of 'birth pangs.'
As we know from first hand reporting from Anna, amazingly, no one died in the Christ Church quakes that have totaled over 700!! May not mean anything, or it may point to our safety in Christ if/when the church is shaken. Romans 8:38-39!!
