Romans 1:1

Paul … servant … apostle … set apart. (NRSV)

In spite of the remarkable influence Paul had in the spread of the gospel and the writing of the New Testament, we know relatively little about him. He was given the name Saul at birth, and he is called that until his conflict with Bar-Jesus at Paphos. At that time Luke wrote, “Then Saul, who also is called Paul” (Acts 13:9 NKJV). From then on, he was called Paul in Acts. As Saul, he was raised a strict Pharisee, from the tribe of Benjamin (Philippians 3:5 ), born in Tarsus and educated in Jerusalem under Gamaliel (Acts 22:3). Though born to Jewish [not Gentile] parents, Saul was also a Roman citizen (Acts 22:27-28). In fact, we know him best by his last name, since Paul (Greek, Paulos) was probably his Roman surname. He would have been formally introduced as Saul Paul (Saulos Paulos). Out of this diverse background, God formed and called a valuable servant. And God used every aspect of Paul’s upbringing to further the spread of the gospel.

Liabilities Turned into Assets

In God’s plans, no part of our background or upbringing is wasted. As with Paul, parts of our past that seem like a liability can be used by God. It is a humbling experience to look back over life and see how God has been able to turn even the difficult situations into good. Our own past makes us a wiser mentor or more merciful counselor to others we meet along the way.

More correctly, Saul was born to Benjamite parents:

Philippians 3:5
Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee.

Saul was NOT of the tribe of Judah; however, because Benjamin was allied with Judah and because the royal scepter was with Judah, the southern kingdom of Israel was known by the title "Judah" and "Jews".

But more correctly, Saul's parents were Benjamites, not Jewish or from the tribe of Judah.

Saul was part of the kingdom of Judah but he was not Jewish but "of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin".

Maybe Carol meant Paul was practicing monotheism
instead of polytheism.

Yes Paul was from the tribe of Benjamin, but he also worshiped One God as the people of the tribe of Judah did.

I know nothing of those 2 titles. I believe that God gave certain promises to Judah and to Ephraimw which must yet be fulfilled. Ephraim owns the promise of "multitude of nations" and "possess the gates of his enemies" and Ephraim co-possesses with Judah the "land of Canaan/Israel" and Ephraim's number shall yet be "as the sand of the sea".

Judah had/has the promise of being "the royal sceptre tribe", and from Judah would "come the Messiah" and Judah will be co-possessor of the land of Canaan/Israel.

2 of Judah's 3 promises are already fulfilled. Ephraim's promises are also partially fulfilled, having been completed in the British Isles emperorship, and having been made into "multitude of people", even "Manasseh having spun off Ephraim to become the United States of America".

So mostly what remains is the co-possession of the land of Canaan/Israel:

Ezekiel 37

11 Then he said to me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.

12 Therefore prophesy and say to them, Thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.

13 And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,

14 And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall you know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, says the LORD.

God has created and set apart the nation of Israel to be a sign unto Him in the earth, and this signage is still not completed.

Im sorry i did not clarify. The Ephramite movement or Two-House as some call them believe that the Church is actually the 10 Lost tribes that being of Ephriam/Manassah and the Jews are the southern kingdom that of Judah/Benjamin/and some Levites.

They believe that these are the 2 sticks being brought together by God from the verse in Ez. 37
