Realize the Kingdom of God is not meat nor drink, but Righteousness, Peace and Joy ((Gifts in Sheer Grace from the Father in Heaven through Jesus Christ the Messiah Who came in the flesh)).
Then
also read how ofter Jesus and the disciples went town to town, etc, preaching 'repent' 'for the kingdom of Heaven is at hand', delivering many people everywhere they went .... (a few exceptions, even for Jesus, when the people had little faith)..

Thankfully, there's a fun to read book called "Moses Wasn't Fat" , I think still available,
describing
in part
how or why the people were without illness for a time and times,
and
in part
how or why the people were sick and died at other times.

It is to me anyway very interesting and enlightening from the Bible and in line with all that Jesus ever said.

The telling of the Good News is part and parcel, inseparable from the TRUTH....
so as we seek the TRUTH , JESUS, Himself,
we find
out a lot that society hates and covers up.

Oh, it's FREE ((the Truth/ Information)) . But that's why it is not marketed and sold and distributed widely by corporations etc.....
