Months ago my Pastor warned our Church that we were facing economical problems in our Country. He was in tears when he spoke to us. We are beginning to see this happening.

Amen! Very, very frustrating! But we shall continue to point the way and pray their eyes will be opened.

Come soon Lord Jesus!

John 12:40 says: "He has blinded their eyes and deadened their hearts, so they can neither see with their eyes, nor understand with their hearts, nor turn—and I would heal them."

How frustrating it is so many cannot see because they refuse to see the obvious.

I received this news letter this week and thought it would go good here. ~ David Campbell
--------------------

We are moving through very critical historic moments at this hour! In light of global developments, and more important the apparent prophetic context of this time, we are witnessing the death of the last superpower of the modern era. Very few people have grasped the reality that the U.S. is financially bankrupt, morally adrift, politically corrupt, and spiritually blind. It is my opinion that very few people understand the ultimate ramifications of what is about to take place. In light of the prophetic Word of God, in the next few weeks and months we are about to witness dramatic global financial and political changes that will move the world one giant step closer to a New World Order. These developments will also roll out the red carpet for the future ruthless world dictator, the Antichrist, to step onto the stage of human history. The absence of the United States military as a global police, keeping the peace and promoting freedom around the globe, will make our world a very dangerous place to live. The New World Order will be very antichrist and pro-Islam. The handwriting is on the wall!

This current newsletter is an open letter to the American people. It is my prayer that it will find circulation abroad and will bring a spirit of salvation, repentance, and revival across this nation! If there ever was an hour in which the true church in America and around the world needs to get on their knees to cry out to God for mercy and revival, it is at this hour! I am convinced that the events that are about to take place will increase our desire to pray the last prayer of the Bible: "Even so, come, Lord Jesus." (Revelation 22:20)

May the grace, peace, mercy, provision, and wisdom of God be yours for the days that are ahead until Jesus comes!

Mike Wingfield

-----------------------

(An urgent and passionate appeal to the American people)

The real problem in a nation that is rebelling against God is there is “[no] knowledge of God in the land.” (Hosea 4:1) According to the Bible, the mental grasp of reality is always anchored to the foundational truth of who God is! Proverbs 9:10 says, “The fear [being in awe] of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.” God told the ancient prophet Hosea that the reason his nation was filled with swearing, lying, murder, stealing, adultery, and violence was because there was “[no] knowledge of God in the land.” (Hosea 4:1-2) This lack of the knowledge of God was the reason for Israel’s rebellion and refusal to change and, would ultimately force God to judge them! (Hosea 4:3-9) Beware America! This nation is on the same path of destruction.

Thanks and bless you for your input. One of the things that occured to me in reading your remarks is that, in order to be effective witnesses to non-believers, is that we need to be prepared to support all we think and say with scripture. Personally, I've some work ahead of me regarding knowledge of the end times.

Another thing that stood out in your comments is that we do indeed look forward to His return. Lately in reading Psalms I see so many pleadings for true justice. Increasingly, I hear fellow Christians (real, not nominal) talk about all the unexpected bad events they are experiencing in their lives and they realize they are "under attack". Without fail, each person concludes by expressing their hope and faith in God's divine intervention to provide for their relief. It seems more and worse trials are coming. We never truly have hope in this world, but only in the world to come after Jesus returns. It is our hope.

John 6:68 Simon Peter answered him "Lord to whom shall we go? You alone have the words of eternal life."

It is our only hope.

Ezekiel 7
1Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD unto the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.

3Now is the end come upon thee, and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense upon thee all thine abominations.

4And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity: but I will recompense thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

5Thus saith the Lord GOD; An evil, an only evil, behold, is come.

6An end is come, the end is come: it watcheth for thee; behold, it is come.

7The morning is come unto thee, O thou that dwellest in the land: the time is come, the day of trouble is near, and not the sounding again of the mountains.

8Now will I shortly pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger upon thee: and I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense thee for all thine abominations.

9And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will recompense thee according to thy ways and thine abominations that are in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I am the LORD that smiteth.

10Behold the day, behold, it is come: the morning is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride hath budded.

11Violence is risen up into a rod of wickedness: none of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor of any of their's: neither shall there be wailing for them.

12The time is come, the day draweth near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn: for wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.

13For the seller shall not return to that which is sold, although they were yet alive: for the vision is touching the whole multitude thereof, which shall not return; neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his life.

14They have blown the trumpet, even to make all ready; but none goeth to the battle: for my wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.

15The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die with the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.

16But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.

17All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall be weak as water.

18They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.

19They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.

20As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations and of their detestable things therein: therefore have I set it far from them.

21And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it.

22My face will I turn also from them, and they shall pollute my secret place: for the robbers shall enter into it, and defile it.

23Make a chain: for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.

24Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pomp of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be defiled.

25Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.

26Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; then shall they seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the ancients.

27The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

The bold and the emphasis are mine but the words are from God. We know that the slide has begun and at some point it was going to start sliding out of control. Our hope, our joy and our salvation is that God knows all and He has it in His hands.

Look up folks, our redemption drawth nigh!!!!!! Come soon Lord Jesus!

The topic of discussion at our prayer breakfast yesterday was the relationship between the current economic crisis and signs of the “end times”. Most of the observations expressed a justifiable fear of the results of world economic collapse as the stage is set for a world government and the anti-christ. A man sitting next to me however pointed out how the hysteria of current events create a better than ever opportunity to witness to the truth. If the beginning of the end is approaching (I believe so), then time is running out for people we love who are unsaved to become disciples of the Christ and receive salvation. Perhaps some will be able to see now for the first time the prophecies of God’s Holy Word have been and continue to be fulfilled. None of us know how much time is left, but we certainly know it’s not as much as it was and the urgency is greater with the knowledge the opportunity for salvation is closing.
