Tlaib was thanked for “backing our Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine.”

What's Next?
These four women have risen to the top of the progressive movement by attacking America, attacking law enforcement, smearing our border guards and pushing extreme policies. They are increasingly driving the agenda of the left.
In a strange twist, Speaker Nancy Pelosi has suddenly been forced to rally around AOC and Omar, yet her caucus is divided on how to respond. Pelosi wants a simple resolution, while others are demanding a formal censure. Progressives won't do anything to stop the crisis at the border, but they will spend time on resolutions condemning Trump.
Moreover, Pelosi has been struggling to keep a lid on the progressive push for impeachment. It came up repeatedly at yesterday's press conference, and now Rep. Al Green (D-TX) is vowing to force an impeachment vote on the House floor.

Undocumented immigrants and allies marched in Lansing for right to a license ?
LANSING, Mich. — The march for undocumented immigrants gaining the right to have a driver’s license came to the state’s capitol building Tuesday afternoon, after a five-day pilgrimage.
Starting in Grand Rapids on Friday, a group from the Cosecha Michigan walked to Lansing to bring awareness of those undocumented immigrants without a valid state driver’s license. More than 100 people stood in front of the Capitol building, singing and chanting in both English and Spanish.
“It’s a human right that we should be able to move free without being worried about being pulled over because I’m brown,” said Ofelia Martinez, of Detroit.
She said she is a U.S. Citizen, but her ancestors are immigrants and supports this notion. Having a valid driver’s license is more than just the ability to drive, she said, it’s about every day responsibilities.
“To get your lights turned on, to be able to get your plates, your car registration, your insurance and to identify yourself,” Martinez said. “Some people can’t even pick up their kids from school because they don’t have an ID.”
To her, not allowing undocumented immigrants to have a license goes beyond the restriction at the surface.
“It’s a little bit [of] discrimination, no,” she asked rhetorically. “Because they’re not citizens here, it targets them. So right away, if someone doesn’t have a license, it’s one of the first things police think is that they’re undocumented to be here.”
Michigan stopped the practice of allowing undocumented immigrants to get a license in 2008 after former Attorney General Mike Cox issued an opinion in 2007 saying otherwise. Twelve other states; California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Vermont and Washington, plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, have passed legislation to allow for a driver’s license or other driving permit.

A delegation of Hispanic pastors, led by the Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, toured a detention facility in El Paso, Texas, last week, and what they saw was “drastically different” from the media’s portrayal of the situation along the country’s southern border.
Rodriguez, president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, told reporters Monday he “was shocked at the misinformation of the crisis at the border.”
He told Faithwire via email Tuesday he is “totally baffled by the reports of politicians who visited exactly where I visited and saw exactly what I saw.”
Rodriguez said he and his fellow pastors from the NHCLC had full access to the facility for at least one hour.
The pastor told the Religion News Service the detention center seemed like a “summer camp environment,” in which the migrant children had access to TV and snacks and enjoyed friendly relationships with the guards on duty.
Rodriguez is not the first Christian leader to push back against the media’s characterization of the situation along the U.S.-Mexico border. During an interview with Faithwire last week, Prestonwood en Español Pastor Gilberto Corredera said border agents have good relationships with the children, often spending their own money to buy food and water for them.

Dr. James Dobson, a Christian author and the founder of Focus on the Family, was also invited by the White House to tour a detention facility in McAllen, Texas, last week.
He said many in the media “have not been truthful about what is going on there,” admitting there are major issues, but placing the blame on Congress for its inaction.
Rodriguez shared some of Dobson’s sentiments, saying the situation along the border is “a problem only Congress can really solve.”
These reports come around the same time Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) toured a migrant detention facility in El Paso. The 29-year-old politician claimed there “is abuse in these facilities.”
“This was them on their best behavior, and they put [migrants] in a room with no running water,” she claimed. “These women were being told by CBP officers to drink out of the toilet. They were drinking water out of the toilet and that was them knowing a congressional visit was coming. This is CBP on their best behavior, telling people to drink out of the toilet.”
