Non-Attorney E-File Registration
This path is specifically for non-attorneys, i.e., pro se filers, court reporters, interested parties, filing agents, creditors, trustees, U.S. Trustees, and other parties who are not attorneys. NOTE: Not all courts accept non-attorney filers and some accept only specific types of non-attorney filers. If the selected court does not allow a specific type of non-attorney filer, you will not be able to register for filing privileges at that court. The following information outlines the registration process.

Since the 2016 election, Democrats, the deep state and the CIA-run fake news media have fabricated hoax after hoax to try to remove President Trump from office and overrule the votes of the people. They’ve fabricated fake “anonymous sources,” ginned up fake “dossier” documents, made false accusations, fabricated fake whistleblowers and have even publicized completely fabricated “transcripts” of President Trump’s conversation with the President of Ukraine, all in a malicious, coordinated attempt to achieve what they could not achieve through fair elections: The seizing of the White House and the nullification of the 2016 election.

How long does it really take to get the real reports that MSNBC and CNN seam to have the next day?
Simple requests for specific documents may only take four to eight weeks. However, more complex requests and requests for entire immigration files can take approximately six months.
How long will it take for USCIS to answer my FOIA Request (Form G-639)?
