It is a medieval fantasy novel about little people, who are not to be confused with smurfs, dwarves, elves, gnomes, fairies, or pixies. They are called Wislics. They are about six acorns tall (give or take an acorn), and if you are seen calling them an elf or a gnome- why they just might bite your toe!
The story begins with three Wislics named Caedmon, Cecilia, and Freya who are going wind diving. If you don't know what wind diving is, it is when a wislic catches the wind with it's dress, or cloak, and actually float about up in the air bobbing up and down like an apple in a barrel. They befriend three princesses whose names are Olivia, Amelia, and Baby Violet, and powers are transferred to each individual unbeknownst to the wee Wislics.
Olivia is given the power of strength, Amelia the power of reading minds, and Violet the power of great intelligence. With the help of the Wislics they fight a great evil that looms in Inglewood forest.
Buy this book for your kid, nephew, or friend, or if you like children's books pick one up for yourself. If you are a fan of C.S. Lewis, or Tolkien, then this book is for you. The title is The Wislic Chronicles: Little Legends, and it is available on Amazon and Kindle if you are interested.
