Whenever I complete updating my profile and attempt to make the changes I get a "FORBIDDEN" message. Why is that?

I am getting it to but don't know how to fix it. I am not a programmer.

I think that the problem is being caused by the fact that the file for this feature of each member's profile does not have the necessary permission code to allow member's to write their additional or revised data into the file. If you change the code to allow members to write to the file, I believe that the problem will be gone.
