Abstain from fleshly lusts that war against your soul. Walk in the Spirit and you wont fulfill the lusts of the flesh. For God is a Spirit and those who worship him must do it in spirit and in truth. The Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him;but you know him, for He dwells with you, and will be in you.For your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. Grieve not the Spirit. For the Spirit searches the deep things of God. There is therefore no condemnation to those who walk in the Spirit. For you need not that any many teach you for that Spirit that is in you teaches you all things, and is of God. For we know not even what we should pray but the Spirit makes intercession for us with groanings that can not be uttered.
