~The Ocean’s Depth ~

Eventhough questions arise in my heart, I know I made the right choice...
How will I survive when everything around me has fallen apart?…
I want to hold on to the Truth and keep listening to Your voice...
But happiness seems so far of reach, sorrow has taken place in my heart...

Do not fear my child for you are not alone, I will never let you down...
‘’My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness’’...
I know how the ocean seems so deep now and feel you are about to drown...
But do not despair my child, no lesson in life is meant to be meaningless...

I wish I knew all the answers my Lord, I would keep them in my heart and mind...
Confusion shadows my surroundings, why does prejudice prevail in this world?...
Getting to know You is so wonderful, but some say that I have since become blind...
Astrologers, fortune tellers and scientists as well, are only caught up in a twisted whirl...

I know you’ve been searching your whole life, chin up my child and reach for the skies...
Keep following Jesus’ footsteps, He is my Son, the Truth and the Light for all mankind...
Faith is all you need to have, they too one day shall see with their own heart and eyes...
I am the Creator of the whole picture, the Truth is always there for every soul to find...

The mountain ahead seems so high and filled with enormous adversities, it is absurd...
We live in a world where everyone screams for free speach and ignoring what is real...
I know I shouldn’t trust my own feelings, they are a poor reflection of Your Word...
But how comforting it is to know, that You love me and understand how I feel...
I will continue to grow in Your Word my Lord...You are immensely adored!...

‘’For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not
to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future’ ‘’...Jeremiah 29:11

Love,
Lucie.

Oh I am so far from being a writer Winnie...this poem just came from my heart, those were my deepest thoughts, that is all...

A lot of things are still falling apart but I am a survivor...somehow, I will survive this...

Lucie,

You are talented. I believe that God can use your talent to be a blessing to others. Work on developing your talent. A good way to work on this is to keep a daily journal.
God bless you,
betty

Hello Betty...

I do have a daily journal, I have been blessed with a private forum that was set up for me on a board that I know of ...Only three people (that help me get through my problems) can read what I write...it helps a lot...

What I do enjoy to do and share with others, are images accompanied with verses or lyrics of Christian songs...I must have made close to 400 images so far...I kind of tell stories through those images...and if some people can find comfort in them, then it is great...I use multiple images that I can find and create new images by mixing them together...these are a few examples...

That is so beauitful. You are indeed blessed with such a wonderful talent. I took a couple of creative classes when I was young and keepinig a journal was required for the class.
God bless as you use your talent for the blessing of others.

I wanted a perfect ending. Now I’ve learned, the hard way, that some poems don’t rhyme, and some stories don’t have a clear beginning, middle and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what’s going to happen next.

– Gilda Radner

This quote describes my life so well!...
Mixed up Lucie!

I so wanted a perfect ending but when the middle started to get mixed up, I wondered, what will happen at the end?...Where is the beginning, middle and end in all of this?

How can I keep on moving forward without being able to change the middle?...Oh but of course, I am still stuck in that middle, and everything can still change...This is not the end...

Not knowing has never hurt anyone I suppose...For as long as the unknown remains a mystery...But once you start discovering the dark side of the moon, it can get pretty scary as time goes on and you need to find the strenght to face reality...And keep on going...This is where I am now...

So if life is about not knowing, having to change, and take the moment and make the best of it, without knowing what will happen next, then, I guess that I will find my way Home...

Many doors have closed shut on me in the past three years, but thankfully, others have opened...I am finally getting to know who I really am and what I stand for...this takes time and energy...things are still hard at this moment, but I trust the Lord, He will help me get through it...
