Good Afternoon My Brothers & Sisters in the Lord!

This is the day in which the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it! Have you been noticing lately people relationships go on the rocks because of comunication problems. Marriages, Friends, Children/Parents relationships and would you believe- yes even when it comes to believers in Christ. Their relationships especially suffers.

The Lukewarm Church of today is rooted in its' inability to communicate effectively , assurdly and truthfully about salvation through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Relationships go a blur as it were in the days of Noah. Selfishness is at an all time high. The christian would rather walk around the poor( avoid it at all cost) and the faint in heart, instead of addressing and providing their needs.

James 1: 19-20

So then, my brethern ! let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.

From the two verses above you will find ATTRIBUTES of a good comunicator.

swift to hear = listen effectively
slow to speak = wait to answer, even if it takes a day or so- Meditate
slow to wrath = do not show debilitating anger

Why should we listen and not speak?, So the one sending a message would not be misunderstood and the righteousness of God shall prevail. Man's wrath, his tongue when he doesn't speak according to God's Word will cause his testimony, his soul, his reputation to be marred by mere actions of stupidity.(Proverbs 4- READ IT! READ IT!)

When we hear and have absorbed the content and the meaning of the message- we need to make a decision to act on it or not to act on it!

James 1: 21-25

THEREFORE (**because what was mentioned previously**), LAY aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and RECEIVE with meekness the IMPLANTED WORD, which is able to save your souls. BUT be doers of the word, and not just hearers only, deceiving yourselves. (**Remember the parable of the Good Samaritan LUKE 10:25-37. LOVE thy neighbor in action. DO you knw wh is your neighbor? Neighbor is a word made up of two old anglo-saxon words NEIGH =Near BOR=by. A neighbor is someone outside your comfort zone, your immediate family and friends. A stranger who is near by and probably in need**) For if anyone is a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is LIKE a man obseving his natural face in a mirror, for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. (**OUR FAITH must provoke us to do good works because of who we are in Christ and that is -we are sick, deprived, lost sinners saved by Christ. WE MUST NEVER FORGET, WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE WE WERE BEFORE SALVATION**) But he who looks into the PERFECT LAW OF LIBERTY, and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the word, THIS ONE WILL BE BLESSED in what he does. If anyone amoung you thinks he is relgious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one's religion is useless. PURE AND UNDEFILED RELGION BEFORE GOD AND THE FATHER IS THIS: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and keep oneself unspotted from the world.

Matthew 6: 1-14 Gives us a stern warning about being fame seekers for our faith- enter into the closet of your soul and let God be blessed thru your walk. TAKE HEED that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by men. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven.

Jesus loves you and so do I

Always in Christ,

Eduardo Ps 118:17
