I Trust
I sometimes want to run away,
can hardly stand another day,
of living life the way I do,
of feeling like my choices few,
Where can I flee, where foes can't find ?
Where can I sit, for peace of mind?
A bird above attracts my stare,
he flys away, I wonder where,
I envy wings that flap so free,
I sometimes wish, that bird was me,
But here on Earth, is where I find,
I'm trapped in skin, the human kind,
so deal with it, I find I must,
Forever in my God I trust!

I hope this poem reminds us Christians to keep trusting Christ and HIS father, God. Our Creator.
