14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: 15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall crush thy head, and thou shalt crush his heel.
Why doesn't God say the mans seed ?
God is confirming gen 3:15; through his profit Isaiah in chapter 7:14; and chapter 9:6; giving us the details of how he will fulfill the word in gen 3:15; Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. There is no seed of man involved in this virgin birth, just the seed of the woman. Then we come to Isaiah 9:6; For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. God is telling us in Isa 9:6 that he is going to preform this, he is going to father this child. This why he tells the serpent I WILL put enmity towards you, through the woman's seed. God himself will be the father of this child, his zeal will perform this. Stop and think about this, everything is about the seed. God told Abraham, his seed would rule all nation. All nations will be blessed in him. God tells the serpent, that the seed of the women, will crush his head. That is to say the authority and reasoning that the serpent usurp in the garden, will be crushed by the heal of this child as he trample him under his feet. The governing authority of God will be upon his shoulders over all nation, that is to say his headship, reasoning, his nature would rule the hearts of men; crushing the fallen state of mankind under his feet, restoring man to a incorruptible position with God. This was the first prophecy ever given, cocerning messiah. All through the coarse of time, God was gathering and planning the fulfillment of this until everything was in place.
Key Factor In Redemption
The virgin birth is one of the key factors in redemption. If there is no virgin birth, there is no sinless person, that is able to redeem us. This is why there is no other way to God but by Christ God's Messiah. God put all humanity in Adam. Do to Adams sin we all inherit the same sinful nature he had fallen into. Science has proven that the egg of the women when impregnated opens the tale of the seed that has entered it and reads the DNA copying every detail of it becoming it. the Spirit Of God overshadow Mary, put his seed with in her, causing her egg to copy the DNA of God making the child in her sinless. This is why there must be a virgin birth Christ is born sinless being the very nature of God. And the LORD God said unto the serpent, I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall crush thy head, and thou shalt crush his heel.

Good post. Thank you for sharing it.
The doctrine of the virgin birth is crucially important (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:27, 34). First, let’s look at how Scripture describes the event. In response to Mary’s question, “How will this be?” (Luke 1:34), Gabriel says, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you” (Luke 1:35). The angel encourages Joseph to not fear marrying Mary with these words: “What is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 1:20). Matthew states that the virgin “was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 1:18). Galatians 4:4 also teaches the Virgin Birth: “God sent His Son, born of a woman.”
From these passages, it is certainly clear that Jesus’ birth was the result of the Holy Spirit working within Mary’s body. The immaterial (the Spirit) and the material (Mary’s womb) were both involved. Mary, of course, could not impregnate herself, and in that sense she was simply a “vessel.” Only God could perform the miracle of the Incarnation.
However, denying a physical connection between Mary and Jesus would imply that Jesus was not truly human. Scripture teaches that Jesus was fully human, with a physical body like ours. This He received from Mary. At the same time, Jesus was fully God, with an eternal, sinless nature (John 1:14; 1 Timothy 3:16; Hebrews 2:14-17.)
Jesus was not born in sin; that is, He had no sin nature (Hebrews 7:26). It would seem that the sin nature is passed down from generation to generation through the father (Romans 5:12, 17, 19). The Virgin Birth circumvented the transmission of the sin nature and allowed the eternal God to become a perfect man.
I question this one detail in your post though:

This brought up a fascinating question about the DNA of Jesus. I did a little research, and learned that others are searching for the answer.
This was written April, 2017:
Pastor Joe Basile of Fresno has been on the hunt for the DNA of Jesus.
What he found is a secret, but a two-hour TV show about the quest will be shown on History (formerly The History Channel) at 9 p.m. Sunday.
The name of the program is “The Jesus Strand: A Search for DNA.”
Basile is the lead pastor of Encounter Road Church in Clovis and Visalia. He also does a TV broadcast on CW (KFRE, Channel 59.1) at 7 a.m. Sundays. He is the former lead pastor of Fresno First Baptist.
The search for Jesus’ DNA took Basile and scientist George Busby of Oxford University to five countries: England, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria and Israel.
There is also a book titled The DNA of Jesus Christ: God's Traceable Identity by William L. Sonny Payne Jr.
I haven't seen the show or read the book, but I hope they offer "proof" that will help bring more people into the kingdom of our great Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ.
